I had a disappointing experience with Clark (Krick) at this UPS location. He appeared unfriendly and unapproachable, with no smile or effort to provide even basic customer service. Better go with different UPS

I love this place so much. Is it odd to love the UPS Store? Maybe. But the guys that work here are such an absolute delight, that I look forward to making my (frequent) Amazon returns. They are kind, helpful, and good at their jobs. Give these guys a raise!

"Lost" my $300 package and marked it as received by a man named "Jim". Was available for me to pick up until I was told Jim did not exist and to call corporate. Was told the manager would give me a call. Nearly a week later, no call..but that was 100% expected.Extremely, extremely irresponsible and unprofessional.
