Korean guy very Rude as instructions says on return bring item as it is and scan code ( no box ) only air tag box it was in.. Korean guy yelled bring in a different way! We brought it in as Amazon required and was yelled at in front of a long line!!!! To be a ups store with a rude attuide.. You don't belong dealing with public…. No manners at all for a 71-year-old veteran.. How Rude!!!

Went in this past Saturday to make an Amazon return. Had to pay $45 for 2 boxes to ship the return back and after 3 days, they still haven’t done so. I went in today to check on the status (because the store does not answer their phone calls) and they said “yeah we haven’t processed it yet… give it a few more days. Never coming here again

I wish I knew his name 😩, but employee number 171242 is always the friendly face that I look for ☺️ He’s always so pleasant and friendly when I visit and tonight he went above and beyond to help me out. I parked at the curb because I’m currently in a boot and I don’t even know how he saw me, but he came rushing out to assist me with getting my packages out of my car. I truly can’t thank him enough ☺️

Made me wait around for 10 minutes saying I needed to get a confirmation email for a quick print when they just needed to look at their email essentially they would have turned me away if I didn't come back to ask them to check.

The UPS store in People's Plaza, Newark, DE is without a doubt BEST RUN STORE EVER!!!! Very friendly, helpful and always staffed appropriately!!!! Can't say enough about them.

Best ups stores I’ve ever been to. The staff is extra attentive and very approachable. They go above and beyond with packing my items if I didn’t. A special shout-out to the owner Huy who always remembers me and my wife. Always ask about the family and really cares. It’s def a community store with the best customer service. Highly recommend

I sent an envelope with signed documents last week. I was told it arrived soaking wet and the signatures were unreadable. I had to resend the documents today and after telling this to the UPS worker, I was told I needed to pay the $12.67 again today to have it reshipped. Just disappointed.
