Came in with postage to mail off some letters and grab some stamps, they lock the doors early and let no new guests in, there were 5 of us waiting more than 5 minutes before close. Seems like the hours of operation are not accurate as it stated it closes at 6 and they had the doors locked at 5:50.

Only taking 4 (FOUR!) people during Saturday Passport walk-in hours (should just say hour) from 10-11am. Got there at 9:50 and walked in just to be told before 10 that everyone else doing passports has to leave. That’s ridiculous for people who don’t need to take photos.

It would have been nice to be notified that the Post Office was closed since I had a passport appointment

Some body of Federal official need to put attention in this location. This place barely function like normal post office. Randomly close, late open, item late scan, item lost.

Typical case of being uninformed and unwilling to admit they’re wrong. Shipping some trading cards that I sold on eBay, done this dozens of times just first time from this location. First associate tells me they can’t ship it because it would need to have a tracking number since it doesn’t qualify for envelope shipping. I go back to my car to check the that I’ve met all of eBay’s criteria for standard shipping, which I did. I also notice that the label indeed does have a tracking number. I go back in and the initial associate is gone. Second associate tells me I can’t do it because I only paid $1.25 for shipping and can only ship paper for that price. I try showing her that eBay does that price for standard envelope under 3oz, tells me that she’s never heard of it so they can’t do it even though I’m showing it to her their website. Then claims I falsified the information on the package to get the price. Went to the USPS in Bear right after, and they handled it no problem. I understand the holidays are hectic but at least be open to listening before shoving people out the door with false information.

The worst and laziest post office. The customer service is terrible, I had a package there that had sat there and was never sent out that morning. I went to the office myself to try and pick it up and the lady told me she was too busy even though I was the only one in there and I explained it was important because the package is live food for my reptile

I am deeply disappointed and alarmed by the behavior of the front desk staff at this location. The ladies at the desk were extremely rude and showed absolutely no patience when I simply asked for confirmation of information. Instead of offering assistance, they responded with hostility and refused to help with even the smallest request, such as taping a letter or envelope. Their unwillingness to provide basic customer service is unacceptable, and I believe this reflects a deeper problem with the team at this branch. This level of service is disgraceful, and I strongly advise people to avoid coming here. The staff should be replaced, and this location should seriously be considered for closure.

We came for passport appointment and we forget to fill the application. Anthony not only helped us to finish the process, he filed the application and made our experience pleasant. Thanks a lot Anthony and post office staff for their hard work specially when the post office gets busy.

They changed my mailbox lock because someone called them and told them they are moving in shortly. The thing was they give wrong address but they come to pick the keys and get it their correct key showing their ID and rental proof. The USPS employees knew that they have changed someone's else lock but they did not bother to do anything about it unless I came to make a complaint that my mail box key is not working. Utterly disgusting service.
