I love this post office! Not only is it convenient because it’s in the center of town, the employees here are really nice. It’s so great to have an old-fashioned neighborhood post office!

Absolutely amazing. Whoever newark has delivering in brookside, just thanks because they're great. The man and woman who deliver our mail. They even come when it's dark, past 7. You guys dont get enough credit and are often misconstrued and bashed. I Thank you. I don't know why everyone else is saying they're not good. I've had packages lost by them before but it wasnt for lack of effort or caring. They're always prompt and if they dont get to you by the due date, they'll get there the next day. They even come in the dead of winter, when its ten degrees and pitch black. Keep your lights on. People need to excercise patience. It's not an easy job. I am grateful to these men and women, specifically the two I know of. One is black gentleman and the other is a white woman. I'll have to get their names hopefully while I'm home one time so I can let usps know how appreciated they are. They've even doubled back for a package my father, who is disabled completely, was getting and absolutely needed but wasn't expected to arrive that day... You both are amazing! And Thanks usps. It's a nice feeling when someone cares and goes extra for you, when it wasn't expected. My name is Jesse and you all are very much appreciated, more then you know.

I only put a star to write this review. I went there today to buy envelopes at 10:40am and the desk was still closed (says opens at 9am) but I heard someone working behind the metal barrier that blocks the desk in the lobby. I asked: "are you open today?" and received no response. I waited a minute and asked again and a lady responded: "YOU GOTTA GIMME A SECOND!" I'm not a rude person to receive this type of response nor was I rude in any way. I attempted to file a complaint on the website and, surprise, it had trouble submitting my complaint. Twice. So I couldn't submit one.

Says it's open on Saturday until 12:00 PM. Nope! So much for walking in the rain with my package only to hit a 180 and walk back home.

They loose my mail... the mail man lies about dropping off my packages... probably just throws them out so he could go home earlier.

Absolutely rubbish service. They are impossible to contact, my parcel has been sitting at their office since October 4th and they to sent it out to the actual address. They marked it as "delivered" when i've never actually received it! This is cheating. I'm sorry if asking you to do you job is too much. If I could give a rating of -7 I would.

Constantly changes the expected delivery times of packages I have to sign for, making it so I have to stay home for 2 days sometimes to make sure I don't miss my package

Every time I’ve come here there’s little to no wait and the clerks are always super friendly. Not sure why they have so many bad reviews. This location is awesome!

“No access to delivery location.” More like, “mail carrier too lazy to deliver to location.” I was supposed to be getting my package today, apparently there were two tries to deliver it. I know that this is not the case.
