I went to this Verizon location because of my broken phone,and needing a replacement phone comparable to what I had. I was assisted by representative Syrcee, and she was very knowledgeable, explained serval options to accommodate my desire,s and Syrcee was very thorough in helping me getting my service back . I really appreciated her level of professionalism! Also I was glad, I chose to go to this Verizon store to meet Syrcee!

They were very helpful and friendly. That may have been because I'm an artist and I was sketching them, so bring a pencil and paper. Next door , there's a Turkish bakery. I can recommend the baker's candy. So, if you can't draw, you can snack. Have a good time while you handle your phone business.

Sales rep gave me a bogus promotion to make his quota - lied about monthly prices and even sold me a hot spot claiming it was just a free upgrade wifi router. My bill went from 200$ to 500$. I went to fix it and now my bill is 900$! I have been on the phone for 3 days trying to fix this all while the store that created the issue refuses to try and help.

The employees were excellent, but there was no paperwork given. To state what your payment might be is questionable ?. Not explicitly stating the return policy. And leaving the store with phone your employees never open. But trying to call customer service is even more problematic ? I don't want to get stuck with a phone. I don't like it.

Me and my husband go to walking visit to the store but they are ignoring us and they didn’t give any answer very rude staff if I have options to give 0 star I definitely give ‘0’. We west our 1 hours and and really I feel so bad.

I want to shout out the employee who helped me put a new SIM card in my loaner phone- I forget his name but he was very patient, attentive, and took the time to answer my questions. Thank you for all you do!

Receptive personnel, my question about "visible" was answered truthfully and frankly. Trying to decrease my bill, options were explained to help, but not retract from my present benefits. Given hope also that home internet in my home area is possibly available in 1-2 yrs.
