I have had a cell phone since the year 2000 and with all of my customer service experiences over the years with multiple providers none have been as amazing as what I have received at this store with their representative Aaron! Amazing doesn't even begin to describe how he went above and beyond to ensure all of my information was transferred from my old phone to my new phone. He stayed late (like 3-4 hours late) to complete the set up and the next day on his day off he went into the store, gave me a call to ensure my new phone was working properly, walked me through acceasing my backed up info and was just truly kind and sincere during the entire process. He never showed a hint of impatience or frustration, and he was so committed. This was by far theeee best customer service experience I've had! I sincerely appreciate his help. Our phones are the keepers of so many emails, photos, etc, and he truly exhibited care and compassion for my need to preserve important info. Huge thank you to Aaron??

Aaron Correa, a wireless sales consultant for Verizon at 379 E. Chestnut HIll Rd, Newark, DE was most helpful to me this afternoon when I thought I had a problem with my old phone. He took the time to listen to me and then investigated to try to figure out the problem. Situation was resolved easily and quickly. He also gave me additional information which I had been unaware of all these years. So patient and helpful and all without charge. I appreciate that kind of service!

The people at this location have consistently been knowledgeable about every aspect of cell phone communication. When Ai needed help replacing a lost cell phone, they hooked me up, helped me find my list phone and helped me add a second line all in a short period of time. They totally saved me.

Came here because my sims card failed. So I needed a new one. Never greeted, never spoken to until I asked if they worked there.It’s possible they weren’t aware I needed assistance. Then I let them know exactly what was going on with my phone and attempted to say I needed a new sims card. Before finishing my sentence I was rudely cut off and was told that I didn’t need that because “he had seen this before and knows how to do is job”His words not mine.He then “assisted” me by resetting my phone without telling me and also assured me that he knows how to do his job and I needed to let him. All the while I was confused but still trusting him.The staff paid little attention to me and spoke about what food they were going to eat for dinner, and parties and their “privileged life”. Again, not my words. One sat on their phone, the other scrolled through my phone.After about an hour, I was told I needed a brand new phone and there was absolutely nothing they could do to fix my phone.Frustrated, I thanked them for their time, went home and called Verizon customer service, took me a total of 15 minutes to fix my phone and I used my old iPhone 6 sims card to get my phone working again.Staff was extremely unprofessional rude and unpleasant. I would expect this behavior from teens but not adults in their late 30s

Was told to add a tablet onto plan when I wanted to upgrade. Explained I didn't need one or want one but they insisted that I add to plan and it will make monthly bill less. Now paying more for monthly on a tablet I never wanted or needed.

Glen at the Chestnut, Newark location is without a doubt the BEST! I had to purchase a new phone and he made the whole process seamless and painless. He explained everything, pointed out things that he felt would be interesting to me. Did not matter how crowded, Glen took the time and being a senior, this ment so much to me. I will definitely be recommending to everyone go see Glen, at the Chestnut, Newark location.
