UPDATED REVIEW: I changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars because of Bryan from Verizon's Corporate Office contacted me and apologized for what I experienced. He listened to my account, and when my brother returned to the store, the employee apologized. and customer service improved dramatically and the method of seeing customers in order.Old Review:Verizon's Worst experience dealing with EMPLOYEE in my 54 years of life. Employee had me wait for 1 hour for 10 min transaction. Guess Iwasn't a commission, so EMPLOYEE took 3 customers that came after me, while I sat there with an equipment return. When I asked if he could help complete equipment return, he got loud and told me, " CAN YOU WAIT! CAN YOU BE PATIENT AND WAIT, OR YOU CAN LEAVE AND COME BACK TOMORROW!!". teaching 1st graders,Mu with multiple sclerosis, full bladder and no facilities, and too Fatigued to drive. I couldn't wait. I have a migraine, and my body hurts. Other Carrier has 3 lines and 4th free for $185, and they weren't rude. Verizon used to be the best.??♀️ I was exhausted, frustrated, and very disappointed.

So happy I chose this location to seek help with my iPhone. Michael was incredibly helpful and thorough with explaining. I really appreciate all his help and would recommend seeing him for any phone issues one may have.

Employee here that I needed to converse with Cherie if that’s even spelled correctly. She is very rude and it was almost as though me walking into the store was an inconvenience to her. She was so rude and yelled at me when she wasn’t listening to what I was saying. She was speaking with a Verizon rep on the phone to assist with my account issue, then she hung up on the rep, turned and walked away, thank goodness the rep from Verizon called my phone. The rep on the phone gave me the info to be able to report this store employee. Like why all the aggression?

Tried to order an iPhone online. Next thing I know I’m on the phone with Verizon fraud having to send in all kinds of documents AND pay a fee that was NOT listed anywhere on the 72 pages of checkout documents you have to go through. I felt like I was a criminal trying to buy a million dollar mansion. Will NEVER ever think of switching to Verizon again in my life.

Employees at this store need to be trained better or let go from their job.... including management.2 months later and I am still trying to correct the disaster an employee at this store did to my account! Went in to upgrade the phones on 2 of the lines on my account. I asked the girl to please not change any of the plans on the account because 3 of the lines had promotion credits on them. Got our phones and went home.... once home realized we were given wrong phones. We took phones back and got the right phones. Fast forward 2 weeks when new bill was generated and come to find out that this employee went into my account and changed all our plans causing me to lose promotion credits. I am still to this day trying to get all of this put back to what it was. I have still not figured out why this employee did this....This female employee was called to the back room numerous times by the male management team while she was taking care of us... distracted causing all the mistakes????Now as I look at other reviews, this was not an isolated incident.

I went here to get some help with a problem with my phone and the person who was “helping me” talked down to me and made me feel so uncomfortable I had to leave. This isn’t my first phone store or Verizon store experience and I have never been made to feel that way before. I honestly don’t know why this person had to express themselves this way towards me but I hope that this kind of behavior can be avoided in the future.

Some of the staff here are quite rude & aggressive, including the manager. Several months ago I went in to get an Apple Watch under a promotion which would make it free. Later I discovered the promotion was only partial credits. The Black female that assisted me was rude & overbearing, insisting that I had received other credits which were actually unrelated to the watch. The Black manager refused to even speak to me, talking to the Black female past me and ignoring my comments. Although they were not the staff that sold me the watch promising it was free they were both totally unhelpful and had terrible customer service skills.

I want to shout out the employee who helped me put a new SIM card in my loaner phone- I forget his name but he was very patient, attentive, and took the time to answer my questions. Thank you for all you do!

If I could leave a negative review I would. Worst experience and this is a corporate location. Pushed me to get an iPhone 14 which I didn’t really want than had me delete my iPhone without a backup in order to trade in Which phone gets shipped in not handed in right there & rushed me out the store & told me to activate the new phone on my own. Phone wasn’t able to be activated because they never put in a transfer for the phone. Had to go to another location after already spending 3 hours at this location. Left without a phone & a wiped phone.

Horrible customer service. They are open till 5 I drove 45 mins with traffic to get to this location. Arrived at 425 and the guy inside wouldn't even open the door he just yelled at me through the door we closed. Extremely rude. No apology or any attempt to resolve any concern I had. Will be filing a complaint with the manager of this store.

I arrived a few minutes before they were set to close. By the time I arrived their doors were locked and I only had to pick up a router that was paid for and ready to pick up. They would not let me in and were unreasonable but let a middle aged white man in.
