We rented this hall for my mother's birthday party. We were told the cost would be $500 and if we wanted to add the alcohol package the charge would be $100 extra. That would include a private bartender. We was told we could add non-alcoholic drinks for another $100. We were told that there would be a $100 cash deposit for the cleaning fee which is refundable unpon inspection. We asked about the projector, and was told we can use it and to come test it before to make sure it's compatible. We tested the projector it worked. Fast forward to after we paid and now it's time for the party. We paid for a private bartender and didn't get that, instead we had to leave the party to go to the public bar and wait while other people ordered drinks. The projector didn't work, and when we asked for help we didn't get that. The projector was a big part of the event and I explained that to the lady Donna that we have been working with. She never came to fix it. Fast forward to the end of the party, we scrubed the hall to make sure it was back to the way it was. When I asked about the cleaning deposit, I was told that since the tables were not put back exactly the way we found them that we would not get our $100 back. This was the worst experience ever, I would not recommend renting this hall, I definitely would not recommend working with Donna.
