Went to buy some sneakers. The gentleman ask the young lady that wears the glasses to assist. She didn’t want to help in the first place. She kept saying that they didn’t have the size. Personally she really wasn’t checking. Just bad service

The store looks nice and the sneaker selection was good, but the customer service was lacking.
My kid and I walked in there and although the two ladies that were working there and looking right at us when we stepped in not one of them acknowledge us.
At first I though they were just busy, but then one lady walked in and then they treated her right away.
After being there like 5-8 minutes we decided to just walk out and leave.
I told my kid we can go somewhere we’re the people will appreciate our money.

The lady who seemed to be the manager was not friendly, welcoming.. seemed pretty annoyed and it was not even busy at all!

I have never seen a store like this in my life, you can't give your money back. If you buy a shoe they don't let you give your money back because then you see on the receipt. You see it says you can't give your money back after you've paid but I said You have to write out here that you can't give your money back if you pay and they don't give you only Gift Cards to always buy from them, a shitty store invite my I never come to buy anything from them.

Worst is DTLR in the state. One April 1st 2024 The two female employees at the front desk refused to give me names. To report them for horrible customer service. They kept shouting call Ron call Ron like rabbit animals. I will never return to this store ever again. Left a bad taste in my mouth about DTLR

As I walked in the store the cashier greeted me and I said hello. She then turn around with an attitude and said I said hello while she was dealing with a customer right in front her. I find that to rude but not only that embarrassing because of her attitude. I’m driving from Florida to NYC to deal with the death of my mother. DTLR you need to train your employees a little better when it comes to customer service. I left that store upset and will never go there again. She’s gonna need that job before I need them sneakers!

Sales person at the governor's square branch named Willie,very rude and mean, not in one circumstance but multiple times.I don't understand why he is still at the store with that kind of attitude. Not going back anymore. If you don't want clients in the store just resign. Nkt very unwelcoming.

I Asked a worker that A True Religion shirt was 30$ on the site and It was for 60$ and I asked the worker why it wasn’t 30$ and he said for in store shopping prices are the prices and they use to Compare online prices to in store prices and I find that very annoying. Don’t buy any of the True Religion Items for Retail, just go to the True Religion Website and Purchase From them, It Is cheaper and better
