I came here to pay western union. Time is 7:50pm, I’m a regular customer, old lady is working here said we are closed, still it shows closes at 9:00pm. This time very bad customer service

TERRIBLE customer service. I have occasionally found a competent person when calling here, but usually I find that the communication is SEVERELY lacking, and I have had to go without medications numerous times despite usually (aside from once or twice) trying to fill my medications in advance of running out. They’re often out of my medications, struggle to communicate with any issues so that I am often left without any other recourse other than to go without my medication rather than transferring my prescription elsewhere that may have it in stock or will be better at communicating. I think I can count on one hand the number of times in the past two years that my medications have been filled in an adequately timely manner. Do NOT take your business here if you have another option.

Getting a delivery was awful and I still di not have my prescriptions delivered being sick I wil go pick the prescriptions up.

The pharmacy here is genuinely the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. Such a lack of care for having prescriptions filled on time, even if they’re life saving medications. Customer service from the pharmacists is so horrible and they could not care less about you or your medications. I’m a diabetic and I can’t count on 2 hands the number of times they didn’t have my insulin in stock by my refill date or my insulin pumps.

Return a product within 30 days with receipt to get cash refund
11.99 was all I was returning but because I was there exactly on 30th day so then switched to saying because of the time you are 30 days and so many hours past time so you get stuck with a gift card 11.99

Horrible service, lazy employees! My son‘s doctor called his medicine in at 4:30 PM. I came to pick it up at 5:15pm. They lied to me and told me that it was never called in by his doctor so I called at 5:45pm yet again still got lied to called the next day lied to again telling me that my son‘s doctor never called his script in when she did at 430pm the day before employees were too lazy to do their job so my son had suffer in pain and miss 2 doses of his medicine! And why does the pharmacy close at 6 o’clock and not open on the weekend? It is ridiculous!! Do not use this Walgreens for your RX’s…

The pharmacy in Suffolk,VA at Constance & Main should be shut down. I have to chase my son’s prescriptions monthly & he is not supposed to miss a dose, yet it takes them 3-4 days to fill. Vera who claimed to be the pharmacy manager on 10/17/24 was rude, spoke over me, clicked her lips, shouted on the phone and said “What do you expect me to do, it’s what’s on the shelf!” There is no reason it should not have been ordered day 1 if not in stock & this is our 4th month going through this. I asked to speak with her manager & she said there’s no one in this store higher than me.” Not a soul there takes accountability or pride in their work. Find another pharmacy! Don’t put yourself through the nightmare of using them.

Terrible management of pharmacy staff, very rude and are not helpful to patients in need of critical medications. They even are telling customers with Medicare that they need to show proof of a COVID-19 vaccine and flu vaccine before they will give them their medication.
I have never heard of this and they are denying some people medications if they don't have either of these vaccines. This is discriminatory and wrong. Don't go to this location if you want good customer service or to receive your mediation.
