10/25/25: My mom places a pickup order and me and my boyfriend go in to place orders in person. Place our orders about 10am, two drinks and a quesadilla. While we wait we go and buy sizzlis, hash browns, a self serve coffee, and creamer and pickup my mom’s food. Our food is ready as soon as we pay. Our drinks on the other hand weren’t ready but they seemed busy so we were patient. 10 minutes later we hear them call 430, and we were order 408. I go up and ask them where our order is, they say they have no idea, so I guess it just disappeared on its own somehow? My guess is someone deleted it and didn’t bother brining it back up. So I reorder my order and tell them the number. They don’t bother to make it immediately, no, they do everyone else orders first even though our original number was over 20 orders ago. And when it finally gets to our new number, 500, they don’t apologize or anything, just ignore us. Almost 100 orders later. The lady working beverages name was Crystal, and the lady who was managing came over, checked on her, talked, and then left without helping, all while we’ve been waiting 30 minutes for our drinks, 20 minutes too long. Our food was cold when we went to eat it and we were running late for something so it’s not like we could have requested new food, we didn’t have the time. I just don’t understand how a whole order can go missing? And how they can just be okay with not doing anything to makeup for their error. Crappy customer service all around. I stopped shopping here for a while after one too many bad experiences and I wanted to give it another chance, I regret it.

Wawa was good but there was no mayo they wasted my mayo and I am disappointed this is almost September and they had no mayo I am disappointed I am not going to this Wawa ever again because of these people wasting my mayo

Great order in app then grab n go spot for subs and hoagies. Parking lot layout with CFL and hospital exit is wild during busier times so staying heads up aware is vital.

Another great experience at Wawa that I proceeded to have in the wake of my role in missing an important meal. Being without the presence of my usual hotel breakfast that I usually get in the form of a complimentary meal without having to spontaneously pay. I came here to settle my needs.
Using the made to order kiosks, I was able to get myself a breakfast bagel sandwich that tasted great, with a presence of sizzling bacon, an egg omelet, and American Cheese impressing me in the wake of my mistake that I crucially made. It was a great sandwich, and renewed my admiration for the food of the Delaware Valley, and the hoagies that are offered at this jawn.

Random acts of kindness happen, to the man I got you're name but it slipped quickly. Tonight was in line to buy fuel&coffee. We glanced spoke and you got very joyful an purchased my items.
You have no clue but I live in that suv and it gave me a chance to remain warm overnight. Ty
Yet you're $30 went way further then you could imagine. As I will be paying for a coffee in the am for someone to pay something forward from the gester. Small but inpactful. You're life changed alittle and you are giving back, it also changed my outlook even though I'm really in a struggle of life. Thankyou

This review is for the Wawa Turkey Gobbler only. Look at the photos. Nothing like what they advertised on TV. Very little stuffing. Maybe a teaspoon of cranberry sauce and the Turkey looked as if it was cooked in a Crock pot. It was very watery.

This was the worst wawa experience I've ever had, the employees are extremely rude and ignore people waiting for their orders. I waited 10 minutes for three chicken strips and they were cold and hard as a rock. There was a huge line of people wanting for their orders and nobody was calling out orders or at the register. I made eye contact with them and they completely ignored me until I just left. My friend had to get my food for me because I was so angry from how disrespectful the employees were. We called to talk to someone higher up and they were just as rude, don't go to this wawa if you want a good experience and hot food.
