I ordered a veggie hoagie but it had the wrong ingredients and went back and the staff was able to fix the mistake. They were also out of my favorite drink (lemonade). The location was great right off 95 and 273.

30min to make 2 drinks, it wasnāt even busy she had 4 drinks ahead. Donāt know her name but it was 9pm shift on 11/19

Was on a short break for work and it took them 5 -7 minutes to even start making my order. There was one other customer in the storeā¦ All of the workers just looked at me and no one acknowledged my order. This has happened on multiple occasions. Workers are rude and ignorant.

My mom and I went to Wawa today. I got a coffee which was DELICIOUS. We also got two turkey gobbler bowls. This is the worst one Iāve ever had. The turkey looked orange and also tasted funky. They barely filled the bowls and everything else in the bowl was try and funky tasting. Iāve never had a bad experience with Wawa until now.

I Am a Black Woman in America and as a women I feel that these highway stops that Provide restroom services for traveling customers should also Sell Feminine Menstrual products as well It shows that The establishment cares about womenās needs and this store did not carry any Menstruation products whatsoever very poor Customer Care and product Management

I love Wawa, but this store needs serious help. First, there were two staff members in front of the refrigerated drinks just chatting about the text message conversation on one girls phone. Holding up 5 customers while they passed the phone back and forth. Then, when leaving one self checkout was down, the second one was having an issue and the customer was waiting for help. But she couldn't get it bc the man on the register was alone with at least 12 customers in line. He stepped out to help her, another employee walked over to the register slower than I have ever seen a person on the job move, with her moth hanging open just staring around like she was lost on the moon. Poor dude was rushing around and calling for help on his radio, but every other employee in the place was CHILLIN. The crowd of customers gave them zero sense of urgency. Not one of them even acknowledged anyone it was horrible. Poor guy needs a whole new staff, immediately.
