I’m sad , depressed and hurt by the treatment of a Latino customer on this past Friday!! I have never been that mortified by a company I work for!! Customer came in at 4:45 and had a serious problem with his account!! I as an employee tried to help the customer!! I along with the customer was told by the manager no less it’s taking too long and his issue has to wait!! Customer was concerned because he couldn’t access his funds and really needed them!! The way the customer was treated it was worse than trash!! The customer a grown Latino man wanted to cry!! He can’t asking please help! He had his boss in the office with him also and he was very concerned also!! Wells Fargo has to do better!!

I went into the branch today to get money out of my checking account and I was told by the teller who was a Middle eastern man that I cant get my money because my money that was in my account wasnt actually in my account which made no sense being as tho I am a former employee of Wells fargo and know that isnt a real thing. He was adamant that I couldnt get my money until tomorrow. I left the branch disappointed to go to another branch to see if this was a real thing. Upon going to the tenth street location in Wilmington I was told by the banker there that I could absolutely get the money that was in my account and they helped me get my withdrawl. Ive been a customer for years and never dealt with a teller lying in my face about my own money. With that being said I ended my relationship with Wells by withdrawling all of my money. To be discriminated against and not being able to get the money that belongs to me was insulting. There is room for training at this Branch

Manger at this particular location was very rude & spoke about someone else account information while on the phone with them loud enough so everyone could hear . Then proceeded to end the call & bash the client also loud enough so others could hear

Worst experience in my banking history, a black lady wearing glasses is very disrespectful, I was just trying to open a new account but used language to get me out of the door just because I was 3 minutes late for the appointment

Terrible!!! Two client service people, one of them is outside on phone. Waited 20 min still couldn’t be helped. Just needed to stop payment on a check & the tellers were just sitting there chatting doing nothing

Please don’t bother going to this branch ! I recently visited with my husband to deposit a check into his account ! 1 lady watch us walk through the line and did not greet us. She asked us why I didn’t deposit the check into my own account!? Who said I had an account ?! Not sure why that even mattered ! She had no clue how to deposit it & instead of asking for help she lied and said I will have to deposit it into my account! We have deposit checks multiple times before ! We visit a different branch and they had no problem!
