Will is one of the smartest, wittiest, most experienced, and supremely ethical realtors I know. He not only knows "the market" and the trends, but he knows people. You couldn't hire a better realtor!

I was introduced to Will through a mutual friend who explained to me that since I was going to be a first time home buyer, I needed a well-versed, skilled, and patient realtor. During my first meeting with Will, we discussed my home requirements, likes, dislikes, etc. and he was very attentive. This realtor gets down to business. He will work for you, fight for you and protect your purchasing experience. He handles it all, stays on top of things and just doesn't miss. He has a quirky personality, there's always a random joke in conversation and even teachable moments. Months down the line, a friend of mine was in the process of purchasing a house (with a different realtor), and she explained how her realtor didn't return any of her phone calls. Not Will! You will not have to worry about this, he gets back to you as soon as he can and it never took long at all. I'm glad to say he was my realtor! It's been two years since the purchase of my home and I've made a dear friend for life. We are still in contact.

If you love working with professionals (as I do) you'll love working with Will Webber. Will is a New Castle County realtor. He seems to know every street and neighborhood around. At the table, when we were closing, he spoke with the buyers about where they are living now and ... I swear ... he new exactly which house it was -- in Middletown. Yeah, knowledgeable guy. Which was wonderful, because he had his hands full with the same of my late mother's home. The language of the will demanded that certain protocols be followed. Will's contacts and support people knew exactly had to be done in each case. I was concerned about the listing when Will recommended a higher initial asking price. But when I asked him to explain (or justify the higher price, really) he has some great answers. The house had some upgrades and it was a larger four-bedroom model that the comps shown in the MLS. Guess what? Will was right. We listed the house for $20,000 more than others suggested, and he got a contract within ten days. Now -- I did follow his advice. He told me what to do, and what not to worry about. But that's what I was paying him for. He knows how to make these sales happen (or purchases, if you are on the buyer's side). It's like he sees every potential pothole before it's on the radar. He got this done for me and Mom's estate. I have no doubt he'll do the same for you.

Will Webber worked with me and my husband on our search for a home. He was not only extremely knowledgeable and responsive, but he truly had our best interests at heart. I've recommended Will to people many times and will continue to do so.
