Honestly if I couldn’t give a star I wouldn’t. My fiancé and I are both insured by Allstate and he was recently in an accident. This has been the worst experience ever I swear it feels as if we don’t even have insurance. Each person of some sort manger has been absolutely rude and anything but helpful. His case was given to someone and they went on vacation without even a hello. When she returned after 1 week there was still no return call voicemail was full. And finally he was told the case was sent to a different agent. This was a month now before he even spoken to someone since the accident. Then 2 weeks later finally the price he’d be given for the car was then figured out although it was decided to be a total lost 23 days prior to that. He was unable to look for a car without his info being in hand and now that they have this amount pending they want him to return the rental. This is now a problem for me because I work as well and this is an inconvenience because after the check clears or at least while it’s pending a rental should be given mainly since this process took over 2 months to just speak to people over and over of no help. At this point we are going to cancel because this is unprofessional and clearly someone if not all don’t want to do their jobs of just returning a phone call.

Been with the company for years nice people but I canceled one of my policies at the end of the term come to find out a year later I have a bill in collections I knew nothing about called an was told they didn’t see a balance when I canceled my policy. If you know I have a balance why not call or email me to let me know especially since I still have another policy with you so all my info is on file. This was a terrible experience an there should have been a better line of communication

William is easy to work with and Allstate has excellent rates. He knows the right questions to ask tin order to maximize your savings. I saved a ton of money by switching everything to Allstate, I'm talking anywhere from 30% to 50% savings on my car, motorcycle and homeowner policies. Progressive was cleaning me out.

Called numerous places for renters insurance, not only were they the cheapest but always had a lighting fast response to any questions I'd send in and ask or ask for a return call. When I say cheaper I don't mean 5 dollars either. Next closes place was almost 100 dollars more. Great customer service
