It was time to purchase our first weapon and X-Ring was where we started our search and our learning. They listened to our needs and wants and led us to the perfect weapon for us. We were treated with respect and they made us comfortable as they took a lot of time to answer our many, many questions and concerns. I had a scary experience and wanted protection for my home. Went in not knowing what i wanted and left with exactly what i needed for protection. Everyone was so helpful and understanding of my semi-lack of knowledge. When i left with my purchase, a man stopped me in the parking lot and started talking to me. Within seconds, 3 employees were standing behind the man making sure i was okay. Greatly, greatly appreciate everything they did for me! Great price and excellent service! Thank you!!

Had a small problem with with a firearm not related to x-ring it was due to a QC failure of the manufacturer, X-ring gave me multiple options to make it right including covering the cost of the damaged part. They are stand up owners/employees that understand the annoyance of issues outside of their control and the consumers, and had no issues providing a solution.

Josh, Wayne and Cole were very helpful with modifying my optics to fit my M&P. All three know there shit very knowledgeable. Customer service was outstanding x ring will be my go to. Also one of the most organized hun store I been to as well.

I purchased my first firearm online. I went into the store to pick it up and Josh had me try it out (especially because it was my first). I am so grateful he did. It was not easy for me to operate. He then brought out several others for me to try out. I ended up purchasing a totally different one. I am so grateful he took the time to make sure I was actually comfortable with what I left the store with. He was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. I will definitely be back for future purchases.

I went here on my 21st birthday to buy my first firearm. I wanted to look at and hold a bunch of different guns to see what felt right for me and every single employee in the store was super helpful and patient with me. They not only taught me a lot, but dealt with me taking up a lot of time looking around and seeing what felt right in my hand. I recommend this place to anyone that’s interested in purchasing all things firearm related!
