Their support team keeps saying something is wrong with my WiFi on their end but charging me a 100$ a month to wait 2 weeks to get it fixed. Also can’t even get ahold of the store over the phone because of AI bullshit.

If you’re in Elkton…FORGET IT! Their system is in complete shambles, no bandwidth, out of service every 10 minutes…and worse! They are inveterate liars and thieves and if you sign with these incompetents, you do so at your own risk!

Asst manager was very mean. He asked me to leave if I am not able to do any business. I was an xfinity customer and it was an emergency and he asked me to leave. That is very unfair. I would have given 0 stars if there was an option.

My experience with Xfinity store at Christiana Mall.
I was feeling discouraged due to my lack of knowledge on my first IPhone
I am 68 years of age and stutter
I was welcomed into the store by a wonderful young man, Tommy.
After I explained my frustration, he spent the next hour guiding me.
His patience and knowledge is truly what defines who a salesperson should be.
Thank you Tommy!
You touched my life that day through your wonderful kindness.

Added a Smartwatch, the person was patient and diligent in setting up the watch and showing me how to use it. The manager was pleasant and welcoming.

Had to run there from NJ to exchange my cable box. Was worried cause I didn’t bother calling xfinity first. I walked in and was walking out with a new box in less than 2 mins. They didn’t ask me a bunch of questions. They didn’t try convincing me to upgrade anything. Was the best experience I’ve ever had dealing with xfinity. Most definitely will always go back to this one. I wish I knew the ladies name that helped me. They were so pleasant.

Avoid Xfinity at all costs. Better to have no internet at all. They try to rob you when you leave and you cannot reach anyone. They'll steal your money then transfer you around for hours when you. I cancelled my account 2 months ago and still on hold now trying to get money they stole back.

From the greeting to the end, everyone was so welcoming and helpful! I’ve forgotten the employees names but the gentleman who greeted me was joyful and exciting! “Q” helped me through my inquiry and he was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. The manager sealed the deal (after a little hiccup on my previous carriers side) so effortlessly! This team has really got it when it comes to customer service and culture! Great job ??
