Went to this store located in Christiana Mall to upgrade my wife's phone. Awesome customer service. Everyone was very friendly and it was quick And easy. Much better than ordering the upgrade Online. Thank you.

I decided to add my daughter to my account. I went into the store on 9/15/23 to discuss the different options. I spoke with Troy T. about what sounded like a great promotion they were offering, I preordered the device. I arrived on 9/28/23 to activate the device). Philip W. the assistant manager assured me. I arrived between 11:30am-12p. Philip explained that I would need to change my number in order for the promotion to be honored. I was activating the new device as well as another device that I was bringing over from another carrier. Philip proceeded to help me, while in the middle of helping me he tells me that he would need to pass me off to Tina because the auditors were there and he needed to meet with them. He ensured me I was in great hands, this is where the nightmare began!! We transferred all my data onto the new device, Tina changed the number on the old device which was to be my daughter’s line. In the process of doing so, she LOST the SIM card and also deleted the eSIM on my new device that we just transferred all my information onto. My old number was stuck somewhere in thin air. She must have looked for the SIM card for about 15 mins. She was on the phone with backend support but they were unable to assist. I had to leave, by this time it was 1:45! However, I did return, later that day, upon returning they were not able to assist me with retrieving my information that what deleted from the eSIM. Nor were they able to get my daughters phone to work. They suggested I walk over to apple to see if they were able to retrieve my data. Luckily apple saved the day. Philip explained he would need to reach back out to the backend for continued support regarding the issue. He gave me his word he would get back to me the next day which would have been 9/29/23. The day came and went, I gave him some additional time because I know how busy things can get. He mentioned he would be there all weekend so I figured he would get around to it. The weekend came and went, I had to go back in there 10/2/23. Philip apologized that he didn’t get a chance to handle what he had promised. He called backend while I was there in which they informed him that a ticket would need to be created which could take about 3 days. Philip texted me on 10/6/23 at 9:16am to inform me that he was chatting with his backend support. Philip asked me to perform a network reset, once I performed the reset the phone still did not work. Philip asked me if I could come into the store. I went in the next day on 10/7/23. I spoke with Amanda C. the manager, I explained everything that had taken place. Amanda apologized, she then had me meet with Joan V. who was able assist with getting the issues worked out. Amanda apologized and guaranteed she would give me a credit on my account. She gave a $40 instant credit but said the system was not allowing her to process the full credit. She ensured me that she had me. All of this correspondence is via text which I will be uploading. I reached out to Amanda on 10/11/23 for an update, she informed me she would see her boss on 10/12/23. I sent Amanda a text on 10/13/23 Amanda never responded. I went back into the store on Saturday 10/28/23 I was told that Philip and Amanda were both in meetings, so I decided to wait. While there I overheard one of the other representatives say they had a group chat on their computer about me. Philip finally came to inform me that Amanda said that the credit can not be applied until my billing cycle was over which was that day. But as of today I still have not received the credit. They offered a credit to my core (internet) account but my core account was not the account affected. I’m appalled at the level of unprofessionalism that has been displayed throughout this entire ordeal, it has been absolutely horrendous. I will be leaving Xfinity ASAP, I’m typically not a person to write reviews but this was too unbelievable not to write one. I would never deal with my customers in the manner in which I have been dealt with.

We had the best experience ever when upgrading our phones! Everyone we dealt with was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and pleasant. Would highly recommend this store and staff!

They were nice and courteous, but I had to go back twice, they gave me the wrong box the first time. Luckily I only live 10 minutes from the mall. Ricky and Q took very good care of me to make sure I got the right equipment.

Hate xfinity so much I couldn't afford the services so I left and I still get phone calls saying I owe them thousands of dollars but my contract was over and when I called I was told I don't owe anything from the automated answering machine and now it's going on my credit report making it harder to purchase a new home for me and my family.Customer service was always ignorant and didn't care about your problem please whatever you do don't get xfinity/comcast you will be fighting for your life back forevever

I really don't know if Christiana Mall is called Apple Christiana Mall only thing I know is called the Christiana Mall in Newark Delaware other than that everything was very nice and very convenient the gentleman that help me Ricky Harris was very good and I thank him very much at the Xfinity store I will give him a 10 and thank you again for setting up for me Xfinity to be put into my apartment in New Castle Delaware thank you again and may God bless you all?

Update-second time n they were finally able to fix it. I have literally been trying to resolve a problem with my daughters phone line for two weeks! The customer service that you call is the absolute worst with me having to explain everything THEY tried so far every time I called only to have them continue to say it would be fixed and then not having the problem fixed. I then had no other option but to go into the store into the store and the help I got their it wasn’t much better, they said it would take 48 hours to fix a lock on a SIM card and then come Monday guess what? It wasn’t fixed and the process started all over again. I am back in the store a week later still trying to address the same issue with NO resolution. Be aware that their customer service support is not able to, willing to or really very helpful at all!

Gee at the Christiana mall location was amazing. She had great energy from beginning to end. Answered all questions we had. Even walked us through on how to utilize the app at home. She made everything easy to understand. If it wasn't for her good customer service I wouldn't have agreed to starting a new service with xfinity. Thanks again Gee!

DO NOT fall victim to the camera scam. I was blatantly lied to and was told the tech would install my wired cameras. Tech arrives and says he would be fired if he drilled a hole for the cameras. So the girl lied in order to get commission. Be mindful these people do not have your best interests at heart.

The company is over charging for service. Been a customer since 2003, they say they value their customers. They use to in the past but doesn't seem that way anymore. But yall don't have to worry about it as I will look at your competitors for service. Thanks for increasing prices for your loyal customers. I should have left years ago but I was blind .Hope you get it together before losing anyone else. Gave one star since I had to give a rating otherwise it would be none. I just saw you sent a link but customer service already told me you will not lower the price. So going to the website is not useful and frankly insulting since we already know how the company operates! F

Went there on a Friday had an appointment at noon got there about 1130. They did take me right in however were not very friendly not even a hello. I wanted to up grade my old glaxy 9 to the 23 +. Was told because I have one line can't do anything but pay it all out and it was 1000.00 Then was told maybe should go to best buy the phones are cheaper. Then at 12:30 I get a text were ready for your appointment to begin.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND XFINITY/COMCAST. I live in a complex that only allows Xfinity. Too expensive, unable to reach a human, automated system wants to text and links for me to troubleshoot as if they pay mybill. That doesn't work they send a technician who either adjusts something or finds nothing. A vicious cycle. Yet when I entered it was a cancellation Samantha was on the line in less than 5 minutes. Save yourself the headache and scroll past them. Do better Xfinity.

I have been a Comcast customer for over twenty years....by choice. I spoke with Xfinity on 1/11/23 concerning my slow to charge phone. The technician on the 800 number sent me to this location for support. Once getting to this location, a young lady (with purple hair) "helped" me. She told me that she could not sell me a phone, fix my phone, offer me a charger...no, no and no again. She could not help and didn't bother to try! I left the store ready to drop Xfinity. Her answer just did not make sense.I contacted the 800 number on Monday, the person answering the phone helped to solve my problem. Had solutions for me and resolved my phone issue... He retained a loyal customer! He took the extra step to HELP me.Sometimes thinking through an issue, doing research, taking the extra time to solve an issue when an immediate answer is not readily available or seems impossible ...the ability to care is what separates the exceptional employees from mediocre ones.
