I purchased a ring and a warranty that was supposed to last a lifetime. The ring broke. Zelle said they couldn’t fix it. Another jewelry store said that it was an easy fix. Zales said that if I use another jewelry store to fix it, then I would forfeit the warranty. They insisted that I had To give them back the ring and accept a store credit. The credit was based on what I paid for the ring years ago. In today’s prices, I got less gold and fewer diamonds. For the privilege of being able to use that store credit I also was unable to carry over the lifetime warranty because it was not the same ring. At every turn, they did nothing but scam and steal. It’s a matter of big business stealing from their customers. Do yourself a favor and shop anywhere else. Zales is definitely a scam jeweler. Listen to the other customers in the store. I hear complaints every time I’ve been in there. I’m only sorry that I didn’t hear them before I purchased jewelry from them. Never again! Never again!

It was an awesome experience. The customer service was outstanding from Brandon to the Manager James. Great customer service is hard to find in these times but it’s great to know there are still some places you can go and he’ll like a valued customer. Go Zales in Christiana Mall!

Very poor customer service and staff. I was discriminated against and scammed at the Zales store by a rude blond haired female named Candice Cook and a black female associate who were incapable of performing a return with a store receipt. She was incapable of over-riding a register or calling corporate to help me with the return. I was never accommodated by the store manager who just walked away without providing a solution to my problem. I’ve added a picture of her walking away to stare at another register screen without accommodating me or providing me with assistance.

This is my number 1 spot for jewelry. I came in with a vague idea for a birthday gift for my wife. Ronnie helped me pick out the perfect piece. She was very patient with me, as I really wasn't sure at first what I wanted. Thankyou for your excellent service! I'll see you again for Xmas.

Ronnie was awesome with her customer service from first walking in the store greeting us to helping choose exactly what we wanted. Explaining things about diamond jewelry we did not know which made the experience all that much more exciting. She also suggested maybe using older diamond jewelry to make a new necklace to go with the new ring. She also assisted with selecting a Movado watch. We are looking forward working with her creating a new diamond necklace she suggested.

I hadn’t been in a Zales since I was a kid. Growing up, it was intimidating because I wanted to ask questions about the jewelry on display. Today, that changed. The most kind and patient Zales associate works at this location: James. He made the time to explain to me how watch links work, and helped me to buy my watch on “my own time” and then pick it up from them in person. He “made the time” for me, and explained how the watch I’d like to purchase will support me in my work moving forward. A tool more than just a luxury item. Thank you for not forcing me to buy something on the spot and thank you for being kind with me. That’s real customer service. You helped me solve a problem so I can make an informed decision. That’s real.

I had an amazing experience at Zales thanks to the outstanding service from James and Candice. Candice helped us pick out our first ring and was incredibly kind and patient. When James became available, he assisted me with a stunning Vera Wang upgrade just in time for Mother’s Day. I also found the perfect early birthday gift for my fiancée. Both of them made the experience special and stress-free—thank you so much for everything!
