I'm kind of upset because while they did get there (a little late albeit), they seemed like they were trying to go really fast and skipped some steps in the process. They only strapped 1 tire, so it slid around a little bit on the way over, and then they did not use the winch to lower the vehicle back down, which meant the full force of the vehicle with 30 degree incline was squarely on the poor thing's parking cogs/pawl. He said the emergency brake was also on, but that e brake doesn't connect to anything because I had to remove it myself a couple years back. He said he's been doing it for years, but didn't understand why I was upset about putting all that force on the poor pawl. Like these things do fail. Yes, this is abuse. Please do not abuse my vehicle. Take your time, strap up at least two tires so it won't slip and slide all over the bed, and please for the love of god do not risk stripping out those cogs, just chill, and just use the winch right there. It's okay if that takes a couple extra minutes. I'm trusting you to not abuse my vehicle's transmission. Please don't.

they did an outstanding job towing my boyfriends truck that got stuck in a ditch. they also came on time. super grateful that we came across them on google! would definitely recommend to anyone in the delaware area.

Took exceptional care of my lowered vehicle, picking it up and dropping it off in a challenging location. The team had plenty of tools to do the job right, safely, and efficiently. Highly recommend to anyone that needs to get a car towed of high value/great importance!

Zee towing is a service provider for USAA roadside. My husband was on his way to work, pulled into a gas station and the Axel snapped on my mustang. Because I was out of town with our other vehicle he had to leave it there until I got home 6+ hours later. This company traveled almost an hour , was polite and explained the risk of further damage before attempting to load it (I already knew there was a high chance of more damage because of how the wheel was sitting and how long to the ground it was.) He managed to get it loaded and dropped off to our house with no further damage.

A classic story of a bad alternator. Car dies, call for a tow, quick answer with a reasonable 30 minute wait, fast load and unload, and tap to pay. A helping hand in a stressful situation!
