Horrible service & no professionalism at all. I stop by Sunday, June 30th the store was on the empty side and no one was at the register so I said hello is there anyone here and this young guy said no one have to be at the register and I said really. He started arguing with me to say no one have to be at the register they have other things to do. So I said then how are people supposed to check out if no one is there. Somebody should at least be near for that purpose. I shouldn’t have to go looking for staff to check out. He kept arguing with me to say they don’t have to be there. Management needs to train staff on professionalism & courtesy to the customer because without the customer there will be no Dollar Tree. BOYCOTT

Good Evening Google family. This was my very first time visiting this location of Dollar Tree. I almost skipped it because I only had $5.00 in cash and I didn't want to use my debit card because I think they charge a service fee. I found the Hefty gallon bags and I asked an associate where the spray for the bathroom was. She showed me and she was very nice. The checkout lady was very nice also and she was smiling. I liked that this location of Dollar Tree had paper bags. The Dollar Tree that I patronize in Voorhees, NJ, they have no bags and you have to bring your own reusable bags. Also other locations in PA you have to bring your own reusable bags. I enjoyed my shopping experience and I will be back. I almost didn't stop but when I saw the Dollar Tree, I had to turn around and come back and I am so glad that I did. Have a great night Google Family, and don't forget to work out, be healthy, fit and Fabulous!!!! They did not charge a service fee on my debit card. I checked.

This store has gone down hill so bad , when a certain manager was there it was so clean and organized , now that she left , it’s a mess , nothing is straightened , items thrown around and in wrong places . Employees are always on their phones , talking to one another , always on cashier on and long lines . I was in there recently and one of the workers had their bf there walking around the store , disturbing customers and speaking out loud and messing with other employees . That is not professional at all, I only got there due to it being right down the street from me . I’ll see empty drink containers from customers that left them there , days later , due to know one cleaning up the store or straightening , then they wonder why they have so much theft cuz no one pays attention to the customers . It’s really sad

Horrible service don't have more cashiers Uboats in the middle of the floor managers don't understand proper professionalism nor do jobs professionly always on the phone never respond when spoken to no stars don't go there you can get better service on Kirkwood

I am on a roll with these 5 star reviews. This teacher of the visually impaired just wrote a 5 star for the nearby Shoprite that helped my student find what he needed. The same can be said of the DT associate Brian providing the same exceptional service to my student. Evey also provided an excellent checkout.
