“Never had a bad experience in here! Good prices friendly people!!
Editing to add two months later, Ali still knew my order and already was grabbing it for me when I came in!!”
“Was knowledgeable in different smoking materials. I ended up buying a volcano from here hands down best thing I've ever smoked out of. I was thinking of not buying it cause of the 700$ price tag, but after talking to the employee I bought the product. Hands down best thing I've ever smoked out of!”
“Been coming here for years and good stores like this aren't a dime a dozen. Noah is great and was able to help my friend and I find exactly what we needed, and then some.I love my new edition and am happy to support local businesses and glass blowers of the like. Thanks again, Noah”
“JoJo is the best and most beautiful woman I've seen and she is on point with everything I need and she knows all about anything in that shop imo I think she should get a raise at least $2 she is well worth it.?”
“They are very professional and very discreet. The guy is there in the daytime is really really nice and very helpful and it was a lot about his products. I will suggest you to go there. They got good stuff thank you.”
“I was offered high tolerance gummies with 2400 mg of THC as soon as I walked in and I knew this was my weed store and it's less then 5 mins away. She also gave a free Rollie of some potent sativa.”
“I love this store. Christine is the most knowledgeable, upbeat, courteous person. She helped me select cigars, which I know nothing about. They were affordable, and my brother-in-law loved them. He's going to stop by to have Christine help him pick out some more. What a great shopping experience. Thanks, Christine!”
“All the employees are super helpful and chill and always answer my questions! They have great variety of product and cool unique snacks! There's so many candles, room sprays, and incense to choose from as well. I always look forward to my trips here :)”
“This place is the absolute BEST smoke shop in the state!!!! They have literally EVERYTHING!!!! And the owner is an absolute gem!!! Will be back to purchase all my goodies…. And they always have something new!!! ?”
“Best smoke shop and cellphone repair shop in Wilmington! I went in to have my screen repaired on my iPhone 11 Pro Max. Bro gave me a great price, and I got excellent customer service. That's hard to come by these days. Definitely check them out”
“I absolutely love this smoke shop. I don't know what other people are talking about being counterfeit or overpriced I have never had any issues and honestly the vape pens I bought from there are cheaper than they are online or at other stores the staff is so super above and beyond friendly absolutely adore and love the two dogs. I guess maybe other people have not had good experiences judging from a few of the comments but I can tell you I've always had a positive experience and everyone that I have sent there has loved the place. I wish the people in the comments would elaborate on what's counterfeit. Either way I'm still going and I highly recommend them”
“I love this place!! Has everything you could need for your choice of smokes, cigars, cigarettes, wraps, pipes, make your own kit, cleaners and now added mini groceries snack types. Good shop.”
“Excellent selection of wine, beer, and spirits. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I have never gone in and not been asked if I wanted help deciding or finding what I was looking for. The staff takes their jobs seriously and don't make customers feel awkward asking questions or trying to just shop and get out of there. There's ample parking and their hours are great too. My ONLY complaint is the cell service inside. When inside the building my phone does not work at all--its likely not their fault but still. It's not just my phone or carrier either; not sure what's going on in there.
TLDR:
Great selection and very helpful staff. Competitive pricing for the area and selection.”
“Absolutely love this place. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made with care. Their sandwiches are packed with high quality ingredients and the portions are generous. The staff is super friendly and makes you feel right at home. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or picking up lunch for the office, this deli never disappoints. Highly recommend”
“They are pretty nice Indians at this store. Not sure if these other reviews of being dirty are valid, I only go in here to purchase Frooties! Yesss they have the flavored tootsie rolls!? 50 cents a bag|$7.49 for a bag of 360.. at cowtown they are $5.00 for a bag of 500, that’s my review.”
“This is my 3rd time at this location. I traveled 9 hours to come here. Marlo and staff have excellent customer service and very patient and helpful. Very knowledgeable of products.”
“Always courteous, knowledgeable and provides quick service. They also always have everything in stock that I go there for. It's clean and nice and cool in the summertime.”

“I have been patronizing this store since I was a little kid and would buy penny candy. And, to give you a idea of just how long ago that was, my mother used to write me a note so that I could buy cigarettes for her. Those were the days!”
“Great store location offering many different products for sale. There are bulk buy deals for merchandise as well. From candy to shirts. Nice cigar room as well, I've had a few out of state friends pick up a few. I am a Huge fan of the candle products, which are reasonably priced compared to other local merchants. Coupons are accepted from mobile apps for cigarette and carton purchases. Nice sport betting location too during those seasons where tables and chairs have been provided to allow you to sit and make your sport picks.”
“Thank you for the great experience! All the staff in the humidor section and the ladies out front! You are a blessing! Love this shop and the customer service is great! Very military friendly! The go to spot for a great cigar! You may have tried the rest, this is the best!”
“Random shopping turned into our holiday liquor purchase. Staff/Owner was readily available for questions about out of stock items and prices. Gave great recommendations on liquor based on our choices. Packed up our large order and even carried it out to our truck before lifting up inside himself. Excellent beyond necessary service, well worth the hour drive out from Philly for us. We will definitely be back.”
“I absolutely love the atmosphere and customer service! The outside does the showroom no justice!!! My Hushed is a new cigar smoker and Anita and her Husband (assuming ) were pleasant , welcoming and patience with choices for a new smoker. This is our store !!! I feel so comfortable going on my own to buy or try new cigars for him !”
“I miss seeing you guys everyday. Thanks for always making my life a little easier by distracting me with conversation when I was all over the place with B.S. and drama.”

“I pass 2 or 3 smoke shops to come here. I will drive 15 to 20 minutes out the way to come here. Prices are amazing! Everyone who works here is friendly and treats you like family! And they are funny and friendly. They carry anything you need or could want from a smoke shop.”
“Omg you guys should try this place out the best customer service I've ever seenI really love people who works there and they should have everything anyone asks for”
“The best customer service in this place! Very nice people. Make you feel comfortable and extremely helpful too. I come here from South Jersey to buy my cigarettes ? I recommend this store/ outlet. It's worth it.”
“I can honestly say the girls that work in this store are very knowledgeable and patient. I do not use any products that they sell, but a friend of mine does. Every time I go with her I am like a little kid in a toy/candy store. I used these products many years ago, but all new items are just amazing. I have them running back and forth just so I can ask what things are. I can get lost looking at all of the new products out since my time. They have always been super patient, kind, and respectful. I would recommend them to someone looking for a smoke shop. ?”
