People think it’s too much work or time to switch pharmacy but it’s really easy. Just get your scripts or tell your doctor when they’re per scribing your meds. So much better at CVS. In & out. Or thru their drive thru. ??Oceanview De. 19970.

This is the WORST pharmacy I've even seen!! For the third month in a row, I called ahead of time to make sure they had ordered my medication. They did so I thought I was good to go. Then, just this morning, I called them to make sure my script was filled before going to get it. I was informed that they had given MY MEDICATION to another person and only could fill a partial script. I told the pharmacist I had called Friday to make sure they had it. And to please not give it to anyone else. (They can order their own). But they did anyway. So here I am, short 6 days worth of my medication. It is a controlled substance so I will have to get another script for the remaining script. But, it can't be filled until I run out. This is the most absurd thing I've ever seen!!!! Do yourself a favor and don't go there!!

They made a mistake on the date of filling a RX. When I called them about it, the woman (I, unfortunatley did not get her name) on the line tried to explain it away quoting "Delaware Law." She kept interrupting me, would not hear my side of things, and ended up hanging up on me. I found my bottles from the previous month and called back. I spoke to a nice man named Andrew who explained that it was their error. He also explained to me, in going forward, how to get it corrected. I have never been a fan of CVS due to the one I dealt with in Virginia totally messed up my parents' prescriptions. I only switched to them here because my Aetna Insurance basically made me. I will likely be switching back to the little pharmacy near me after that woman being so rude. I work in health care and I would never speak to a patient the way that woman spoke to me.

First, I am a kidney stone factory and since passing my 5th stone and having lithotripsy to break up the stones in my kidney, my doctor put me on potassium citrate. I had it filled numerous times by a CVS in maryland where we used to live. Here in Delaware, CVS tells me they can't order it, so it's back to searching for a pharmacy to carry it. Second, I was put in a common antibiotic after surgery, I'm told they can't get it, but I went to Walgreens and they had it in good numbers. Third, I 'm diabetic and take an injection of ozempic, guess what..... they can't fill that either. This pharmacy is poorly run and managed. My wife has the same issues with them, yet they just don't seem to care. I once had a lot of loyalty to CVS, they have squandered that.
