I see a lot of reviews on here about the staff being rude. Personally, after over a decade, I haven't had a bad experience yet, account service related or otherwise. However, I have seen people in bad moods come into the bank already upset, allowing any small inconvenience to set them off on an employee. Many such cases.
For practical purposes, Fulton in Ocean View is my local bank. I know the people who work there, and they know me. It's not perfect by any means, nothing is ever perfect, but I know the people who work there really care about the quality of their work. I trust them to handle my checking accounts, and I think other people should too, newcomers and locals.

I have never been treated as rudely by employees of business I was trying to do business with as I was about 15 minutes ago at this branch.I was trying to open a new business account and was treated as if I was robbing the place. I filled out the info sheet, had all my documents ready to go, and they literally rolled their eyes and asked “what I was doing there”, and made it seem like there was something wrong with my documents when I know exactly what a bank needs to open an account.I’ll take my $100,000 deposit and the rest of my future account activity to ANY OTHER BANK... this one is complete clown show!
