I see someone rated the front desk staff as rude quite a while ago and I agree they were rude, but there is new staff there now and they are excellent. Kind, polite, professional, and helpful. Dr. Py is a very good doctor. He gets to know his patients, great listener and took excellent care of my mother and father in law (my FIL was an MD) and he is my doctor as well and I appreciate him and his entire staff. Its hard to find great doctors and he is def one we are lucky to have in this area.

Dr. Py is caring, listens and always makes good points without scolding you for what your doing wrong. I would rate him as one of the best doctors in our area! We are lucky to have him and I’m lucky to have found him as my Primary Dr.

I am 70 years old and have had several different Primary Care providers. Dr. Py is the finest Primary Care Provider I have ever had.

Dr. Py's practice gives excellent care from the moment you walk in the door until when you are seen for your visit with Dr. Py you will experience professionalism, punctuality, and receive a diagnosis from a doctor who really cares about his patients. I recommend Dr. Py's practice over any other on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and Delaware.

Very rude office staff.
