“The lady Victoria is so nice, she's very patient and she's very good at her job. I went when it wasn't busy so I didn't wait long. Sometimes if there busy there is a little bit of a wait but other than than my experience today with Victoria was so good. This is the second time she has drawn my blood and I am a very hard person to get blood from, I don't have a lot to work with and this is the second time she was able to get me when other places stick me 4 and 5 times and can't ever get a vein. She gets me everytime the first time. I will always go here and ask for Victoria. She is great!! Thank you Victoria for your hard work and compassion!!!!!”

“I would prefer to be greeted by a person instead of an empty entrance and waiting area.But that aside, Quest Diagnostics was efficient and the lab tech I had was polite and good at drawing 3vials of blood. She made sure I was doing okay and put me at ease. Auto check-in was manageable. I would recommend Quest Diagnostics based on my experience with them.”

“So, we recently moved to this area from Maryland. This Labcorp location is much more convenient than my previous location, but I was hesitant to go there because of the low reviews. My advice...don't take my advice or anyone else's...go find out for yourself. That's what I chose to do, and I'm glad I did. The woman at the front desk couldn't have been nicer! I went at 9:00AM and there were only two people in front of me. I was in & out in under 20 minutes. And I didn't have an appointment! To the person who gave a 1-star review just because they didn't know they had to log in via the computer screen...there's a big sign on the front window that tells you this. And unless this is your first time at a LabCorp facilty, they've been using this practice for at least 2 years now. I admit, it's a PITA the first time you use it, but after that, it's pretty easy to use. Just make sure you have your driver's license and medical insurance card with you.

The young lady who drew my blood was also great! Very pleasant, and was a pro at drawing my blood...I hate needles! But she was flawless.

Bottom line...don't trust other people's opinions...just check it out and decide for yourself. I'm a fan now, but I almost wasn't because of some of the complaints.”
