About OCEAN VAYU YOGA
Ocean Vayu Yoga is one of the best studios in the Millville, Ocean View, and Bethany Beach area. It is a peaceful studio with a really nice space and a friendly, welcoming, and accepting atmosphere. The instructors are good, wonderful, amazing, personable, caring, super knowledgeable, and give clear cues. They cater to all levels and ages, and there is never any judgement. You will always feel comfortable walking into practice. The owners are often in the studio or teaching classes and are extremely creative local artists. The studio boutique area sells unique and handmade gifts, including blown glass art and handmade jewelry, along with yoga mats, clothes, sage, crystals, and cards that speak to the soul. Class offerings include children’s yoga, chair yoga, gentle, vinyasa flow, and relax and restore, often offered over Zoom. If you forget a mat, you can always rent one. During warmer months, check the website for daily morning Yoga on the Beach. Some note the per class price is kind of high, but many love it and highly recommend the studio and its private sessions.
This place was amazing. Everyone here was very welcoming and friendly. I didn't feel any judgment. I will definitely go back. I am a beginner and wasn't expecting to enjoy myself so much.

Ocean Vayu is home base for me and my yoga practice. The community there is kind and welcome. Justin and Kim are amazing owners and instructors. I love the vibe their studio provides !

I Love this yoga studio, the instructors are excellent and the owners are very kind and accommodating. Really enjoy the classes and the ambiance of yoga room is calming and bright. I could not ask for anything more!
