Andre at Port Penn Post Office did an amazing job. He always does. He is great at multi tasking, great customer service skills, very knowledgeable about his job, and has a great smile. He is a great asset to the Port Penn Post Office.

I was discriminated against and assaulted at the Port Penn Post Office, when an older male clerk acted incapable and refused to mail my letter. The older male was disrespectful, unfriendly, rude, and should not be working a customer service job like this if he was incapable of processing a transaction.
