If I could give Mary’s touch zero stars I would. She is very unprofessional! talks to her employees with no respect. Treats them like they’re not grown men. As a customer it’s very uncomfortable to be around!! She also milks the clock and her prices are outrageous !! I would not recommend Mary such to anyone!!

Had a beautiful experience... smooth sailing. The owner was extremely knowledgeable and worked with me throughout the entire move. The movers were quick, efficient and American who were highly skilled in their craft. As stated in the previous reviews, the owner is not a 74 year old woman, actually fairly young. I’m suspecting that the previous clients used a different moving company because I had none of the issues stated in the comments. The true A woman’s touch moving company owner informed me that there were some copyright infringement with another moving company named Mary’s touch moving company had been using there website and company name without permission. I personally appreciated the transparency because I myself was very confused about the situation. I would recommend A Woman’s touch moving, they were one of the best moving company I have experienced on the east coast with having moving plenty of times with other companies.

DO NOT HIRE, ONLY PROBLEMS AND NO FOLLOW UP. I contracted with A Woman's Touch. Delaware to Florida. They did a pre contract assessment of my belongings and gave me a fair price. They showed up on the day of the move as planned. FACT Prior to this I arranged for additional insurance that they did not provide prior to pick up. I had to make sure that it was added that day. I never got an insurance or terms and conditions of the additional insurance. FACT They did not acknowledge all of the things that were to be moved that I had gotten rid of and focused on the problem of adding a few items that would replace those things. This caused some tension during the loading. FACT They also constantly reminded that pressed wood, or furniture built myself, would not be covered if damaged. While the owner seems to understand the moving process, FACT, the workers seemed to be simply young guys, family, or other workers that were not trained movers. The truck arrived in Florida as planned and unloading commenced. FACT Shelf brackets were not removed and protected and several were lost. One piece of furniture, a bar (and yes, pressed wood) was completely destroyed due to its top being pulled out of the bottom. FACT I was not informed of this and when I found it, the owner acknowledged she saw it but that “tightening a few screws would fix it.†FACT They did not attempt to fix it and I told her and sent her pictures to file a claim under my additional insurance. The same was true of 2 desks (yes, pressed wood.) FACT The damage was in Identical places across the bottom of the desks and it was obvious the a restraining strap had crushed the bottom. Again, I filed a claim under the additional insurance that I had purchased. A shelf was lost. 4 side chairs had the legs put on (reassembled) as was part of the moving contract. FACT the legs were not positioned correctly and were not tightened. Of the 4 chairs 1 is broken from being sat on. FACT a kitchen table and chairs was assembled but screws were not tightened at all. This was found before use would have broken this furniture. Many pieces of furniture were scratched or the finished “rubbed off†during the driving process.

Run for the hills! The owner is a 73 year old alcoholic that told my wife she could move the furniture herself , I met her old business partner and said she has 3 duis that he knows of and she has been in Phyc wards for suicidal tendencies so please be careful! Try other local companies!!!! "You can't teach old dogs ,new tricks!

I am the real owner of A Woman's Touch Moving. Those reviews are not for us. The real A Woman's Touch Moving has been in business since 2006, Mary from Mary's Touch stole the name and logo in 2012 and has been working under the name every since. The reason she had to change her name is because she was trademark infringing. She has fraudulently been trademark infringing A Woman's Touch Moving name and is in court litigations. I am not a 74 year old woman and I definitely do not have any DUI's. Please make sure you have the correct A Woman's Touch Moving when leaving a review. I am working with google to have those reviews removed.

This is NOT Mary from Woman's Touch!!! BEWARE! These people are scam artists. They are not from Delaware. They are from Virginia and they are duping locals in Delaware into thinking they are owned by a woman named Mary. Mary did own A Woman's Touch Moving in Rehoboth for many years and these guys came in and took her business name, and are now telling people they are the same company. They took her business name, trademarked it, built a website, stole her business and are telling people that Mary did this to them...they are liars! They even took one of Mary's flyers, removed all of her contact info from the flyer she designed and paid for, replaced her info with theirs, and are using her flyer to advertise their business. If you call their number and ask for Mary they will tell you she is out of the office, but in fact, Mary isn't there because they are con-artists. The original Woman's Touch is now MARY'S TOUCH. I have personally used the real MARY's services many times and NEVER had an issue. She has always done a fabulous job for me. BEWARE: "A Woman's Touch" is not who they say they are! Look for MARY'S TOUCH. She is the REAL Mary...not these shady people from Virginia. (They are not located on Airport Rd. in Rehoboth, that's Mary's old address.)

Worst experience of my life the employees had little to no experience and destroyed an expensive painting. I wish i hired a translator as well because they didn't know much english, I can only imagine what the owner is paying these guys ,My painting was promised to be replaced,I gave the owner ample time too replace it ( 3 months) Hopefully this company gets Audited, My husband works for H&R Block and he is going to have them looked into, we moved several times and this the worst company ever!
