On Monday, October 20th, 2025, my husband and I visited this store. We were promptly greeted with a smile from Cali. She has an encyclopedic knowledge of all things Asics. Once I told her that I have rheumatoid arthritis and vestibular issues, she brought over a pair of the pure gel balancing sneakers. Cali ensured that I had an excellent fit. As soon as the shoes were on my feet it was like walking on air. My husband and I both bought shoes, and Cali and her team made it a truly enjoyable experience. Give Cali a huge raise, and make her an executive...she is amazing. We will definitely return.

Excellent customer service Inwas greeted and asked if I needed help three times very friendly clerks not pushy, they were very helpful, I was able to get my sons running shoes within 15 minutes of walking in the store, I will definitely recommend to others, thank you :)
