The manager working today would not even answer my question. I had to wait one hour for next available employee that was very nice btw to tell me that I need a credit card to exchange something. He was just sitting on a table staring in the air helping no one making me wait for somebody else unbelievable.

No greeting from the staff upon entry or while waiting. You sit around and wait until they get to you without any acknowledgement that you exist. Highly inefficient work processes where they sit with customers and wait 30+ minutes to activate devices and refuse to help anyone else while sitting there waiting. Dumb and time to consider Verizon or T Mobile.

This was the most pleasant AT&T experience my family and I have ever had. Kevin Roach was outstanding in customer service and knowledge in helping set up and transfer data to our two new iPhones and Samsung device. He was patient, informative, and ensured a smooth appointment to my technologically challenged Mom. We've been customers with AT&T for years and we were happy to see a high standard of customer service and care continues.

I visited ATT Rehoboth Beach because, somehow, a mistaken sequence of keystrokes on my recent model iPad had essentially made it inaccessible to me... I could not figure out how to break back into my own iPad. Enter DESTINY, one of ATT Rehoboth's 5-Star Support People. Destiny had my problem solved in less than 5 minutes. Destiny was FANTASTIC and I really appreciated her help, her kindness, and her graciousness. Apparently, all it took were 3 rapid taps on the ON button at the upper left corner of the iPad to set things right... I never would have figured that out. THANK YOU VERY MUCH, DESTINY! Jenn helped us with iPhone upgrade.. she was pleasant and answered questions.. great service!
We were lucky to get waited on as soon as we entered store. There were only 2 employees and we witnessed 4 people leave… the manager who sat in his office in the back should have offered to help out ( he came out of office and was well aware of the people waiting ). Despite how busy the store… Jenn was excellent

I understand I don’t have a reservation, but I’ve been waiting for over an hour now as the two sales people are taking their time with their customers including listening to them talk about baseball (which is on TV) and the Eagles parade. My Achilles surgery took only 45 minutes to repair and reattach the ligaments. There seems to be no attempt at quick transactions.
