“I had a nail that was leaking the air out of my tire and when I called to see if they could take someone last minute they were very helpful and said as long as the nail wasn’t on the side of the tire it wouldn’t be a problem. “I dropped off a 13 year old Schwinn Ascension 29 for a tune up. The crank was a little wonky so they removed the bottom bracket and discovered it was trash and despite valiant efforts, they were unable to replace the bracket. Their more than fair solution was to put my handlebars and seat on a used Trek Verve 1 and "sell" it to me for basically the cost of the tune up! They refused to let me leave with an unrideable bike. All staff encountered were friendly, professional and accommodating! Don't go anywhere else for your next bike purchase or service”
