HORRIBLE! We reserved a truck 3 weeks in advance for our move. Also lined up laborers here and at our new house to load and unload. Supposed to pick up the truck on Monday. On Friday, 3 days before, Joe calls. There will be no 26' truck available for you on Monday. I MIGHT have a 16' but I can't guarantee it. Really, Joe??? Have you ever moved before??? What a complete j**** And Budget customer service (outsourced, definitely) was absolutely no help whatsoever. What a lousy company, how can they possibly stay in business? KEEP AWAY!!! There may be only a few reviews of this place, but they are bad ones for a reason. PS-- Thank heaven for UHaul, who saved the day.

Easy rental, great customer service, and cost-effective! Moved a one bedroom apartment about fifty miles for under $100! It's located inside the Kmart but that didn't cause any problems for us.

I have only called on the services of this Budget Truck Rental twice in my life, once for a car rental and once for a truck rental to move my home. My first experience was okay, however I was "upgraded" from a Ford Mustang, that I was promised would be available, to a Ford C-Max (hybrid bubble car). Good joke Budget!

This place is sketchy. Take your business to UHaul. The service Rep. completely lied to me, charged me more than $80 for a $20 rental. Stated I dropped off late when I didn't and stated that he had to top off gas when I literally met the next customer that took the truck directly from me. Joe, you and your company has lost my trust. Never again.

Rude; don't answer the phone. Close earlier then website states their hours are. Don't call back when they say they will. And watch your personal information because they leave it laying around in an open space when they're not there. Office is located inside Kmart with no actual office that locks.

STAY AWAY!!!! We had 3 16' trucks rented (weeks in advance). Arrive at 9am when they open and low and behold, they had 1! No excuse given just too bad! Customer service the worst! Called 800 number and the service was equally horrendous. Still waiting to hear from them on an expeditited claim!!

Pretty terrible customer service with a WHOLE LOT of attitude! I'm grateful I never have to rent from this place again.
