Very disappointed that Chico’s Off the Rack did away with their online shopping. Since then the store at Midway-Rehoboth Beach is a horror. The store is jammed packed with low quality merchandise and is difficult to find anything. It is like a John’s Bargain store. Gone are the racks with matching tasteful clothes and a pleasant store to shop in.

I loved Chicos stores in CO & FL and used to spend hundreds of dollars each time I went in. Their displays were fantastic and I had room to look through each section of clothes. I was so excited to see Chicos here after I moved. What a disappointment the outlet store is in Rehoboth Beach. You can hardly move around in the store and the racks are so cram packed with clothes that I walk out in frustration. I’ll be finding new places to shop now.

My 50 something sister was standing in front of store with a couple of my adult daughters while my 83 year old mother was shopping. A worker proceeded to question my sister what she was doing, who and where our mother was Wanted her to point her out and asked her name. My sister was polite the first three times being asked. Then when we complained the worker lied and was overly condescending. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE

Such a good experience at Chico's! I always thought the store was probably expensive, but to my surprise, the prices were not. (I should've gone a long time ago!?) The sales lady that helped me was the best too.

Awful. The store was sweltering. They lost a gift receipt I handed them and I spent the next 30 minutes sweating and being upset and uncomfortable until I was finally given a merchandise credit.
