I walked in and kindly asked the cashier if I could pierce my 4 month old baby’s ears. She explained she didn’t feel comfortable doing it. she would rather wait until she was 1 or 2 years old. Which to me is ridiculous because I had called that specific store the day before to ask if I could peirce my 4 month old baby’s ears and they said yes and that they took walk ins. I’ve had several people tell me to get my baby’s ears peirced when she is around 4-6 months not until she is 1 or 2 yrs old. Very disappointing.

Helpful and patient staff! Patricia Ann was very knowledgeable about piercings, I got my ears re-pierced and my granddaughter shopped! Will go back for new earrings once my ears are healed!

I love this store. Emory went above and beyond, helping me choose a chain for a pendant. Their recommendation was perfect, and they even attached the pendant to the new chain. Very good clearance section and pricing on Sterling jewelry. Thank you, Emory!

Kylie has great customer service skills. She pieced my ears for a second hole. It was a smooth process which included thorough explanation for aftercare. She made sure I was happy with placement before she did the piercing. Thanks Kylie I'll be back for my third piercing next month!

Great place to come for kids' jewelry, accessories, and plushies. You can also get piercing done here. This store is located in Rehoboth Beach among the outlet stores. They have a very good variety of products and are always offering "buy one, get one free" type deals. This store is kind of tight since space is limited. The employees were nice and friendly. The downside is that the base prices are high, so even with deals applied, it can be on the high side.

I called and made a piercing appointment for an hour and 15 minutes before closing. The assistant manager working was frazzled, so I asked if I should come back another time, but she said it was okay. However, she ended up putting one of my piercings in the wrong spot, which caused irritation and swelling. I had to call corporate and they helped me get re-pierced at another location. I'll never go back to this location.
