We visited many stores across the three Tanger Outlet Mall sites in Rehoboth Beach and the best overall experience was in the Columbia Factory Store. Staff on the floor and at checkout were very helpful and friendly. Product range was good as were the prices.

My first ski jacket was Columbia. I purchased my 2025 birthday and Christmas presents, to my self, here.
I followed someone else's advice to purchase off season as the discounted pricing is even better. It is an outlet store.
