The cashier told me to scan a barcode on the front door. Without her mentioning, I wouldn't have known. Saved me 20% on my decently sized purchase for the kids. Well done, Crocs.

I tried to check out with 2 pairs of crocs. My friend set hers down on the counter far from mine and the lady, Isabella, yanked the crocs off the counter and rung it up under my order. She also charged me for a reusable bag without asking. We were so astounded by the rude behavior we just immediately checked out and left. Absolutely unacceptable to be assuming and charging people for things that they didnt ask for. She scanned everything in about 15 seconds. Taking advantage of people and their money by making unnecessary sales without my knowledge.

Everyone was so nice. You can tell the staff enjoys what they do. They were friendly and helpful. One lady even went on a hunt for a light up strawberry jibbit for me. Another lady who helped was so chipper and pleasant! One of the ladies even helped me get a Jibbit that was hopelessly stuck to a display wall. They rock! I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in the area.

Tiffany was an incredible help. She went in the back at least 3 times for us for different sizes for our toddler and she did it all with a smile. She could have easily said nope and we would have moved on, but this is what retail America needs, employees like Tiffany! Thank you

We are traveling for the weekend and decided to get some shopping in as we always do when we come to Delaware to visit our family and we had a wonderful experience at the Crocs outlet. Both my boys got new crocs and plenty of gibbitz. We had a guy named Will check us out and he was very helpful and helped us sign up for rewards for the first time and save some money! Thank you!

I came to The Crocs outlet store in Rehoboth, Delaware on 12/22/24. I was pleasantly greeted by an associate name Tiffany. She was absolutely phenomenal and is a great example of what customer service should be. Even though it’s a busy time of year she was pleasant and helpful every step of the way. And I pray she has a wonderful Christmas along with the rest of the Crocs crew in Rehoboth, Delaware.

I had a great experience at the Crocs store in Rehoboth Beach! Will helped my girlfriend and me find the perfect pair of Crocs for her—and even a pair for our puppy! He was super helpful, patient, and genuinely nice throughout the process. The store was clean, well-organized, and had a good, busy vibe without feeling overwhelming. We’ll definitely be back!
