I was actually quite shocked at how good this place was for the price. It was an extremely easy check-in, completely done through after hours mailboxes. It's a millennial dream to not have to speak to a human being after a day of travel. I was thrilled. The rooms are extremely small which is to be expected, but the beds were comfortable and they provided a mini fridge, shampoo, body wash, lotion, plenty of towels and washcloths, of course TV. there's plenty of free parking and an outdoor space to smoke or relax although I didn't see anybody using it while we were here. there's no elevator, so if you can't take stairs you would have to get a bottom floor room. I thought it was really cute that they had a chair at the end of every floor on both sides for people who wanted to relax or smoke, with a cute plant right next to it. our floors did get the bottom of my feet black but otherwise the room was spotless and I doubt that was normal, they might have just missed a messy spot or something. overall this is going to be our place to stay going forward. it was within walking distance to the beach, although definitely not a quick walk. I'm sure people would be thrilled that there's a Starbucks across the street, although there are plenty of local coffee places that you should frequent instead. The liquor store across the street looked pretty solid too.

Our first time staying here and it certainly won't be the last. The motel is super convenient to the beach, boardwalk, shops and restaurants. Parking here is a breeze. The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. The staff is super-friendly and accommodating. Crosswinds will now be our go-to place to stay in Rehoboth.

Had the best weekday birthday getaway here. The room and property have a new feel and very well maintained. The staff was so sweet I left with a cavity. The location was perfect--right across the street from Starbucks and on the main strip. Will definitely stay here again and again.

WOW!! The Traveling Girls stayed here for the Seawitch Festival 2023.....great customer service above and beyond from Rhonda and Rita. Room was clean and neat and you can't beat the price and let me tell you ....best location for the parade. Thank you ladies ...we had a blast...see ya next year (or sooner)Noteworthy details: The service that we experienced from the front desk staff was terrific. I have stayed at 4 and 5 star hotels and have NOT received such wonderful service!!! Helpful friendly and very knowledable about the parade and the area!!!

We had a fantastic stay. Check in and out was easy. Highly recommend the one room they have on the ground floor, park right next to the door, cute little private patio, the room is also nice and newly renovated. Mini fridge was nice to keep our leftovers and beach food. There is a lounge area that is also nice. We would love to come back!

Extremely Disappointed with Reservation HandlingI had initially made a reservation for two rooms at this motel back in March for a wedding in September. The reservation was confirmed, and a down payment was taken to secure the booking. I was looking forward to a hassle-free stay for this special occasion.However, my experience took a frustrating turn when I called a week ago to confirm our reservation details, only to find out that there had been a mix-up on their end. The person who handled my reservation had apparently placed me on a waiting list, even though my booking was confirmed and a down payment had been made.The lady who answered the phone expressed her apologies and promised that the manager would get in touch with me the next day. My hopes were high, thinking they would resolve the issue and assure us of our rooms since the mistake was entirely theirs.Unfortunately, when the manager did call, all I heard was an admission of their mistake and a disappointing statement that there was nothing they could do to accommodate us. They offered a refund for the down payment and suggested booking at a different motel.This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing, especially since we had chosen this motel because it was part of the wedding arrangements. Now, we are left with the hassle of finding alternative accommodations at the last minute, which is far from ideal when attending a special event.I cannot express how disappointed I am with the way this situation was handled. As someone who values good customer service and expects businesses to honor their confirmed reservations, this experience was a letdown. I hope the management takes steps to improve their reservation handling and customer service in the future.

My wife just had knee surgery and she couldn’t stop the bleeding yesterday while trying to find parking. So I told her to just go to a store and I’ll find parking, but I had to get close so she didn’t have to walk far. I quickly pulled into the crosswind motel parking just to let her out. There was only one way in and one way out of the lot. So I had to use a parking spot to make a 3 point turn to exit. My car wasn’t even in park, a woman started harassing me as I’m about to make my turn. I honestly, thought she needed help the way she was charging my car. I put my window down to get a better understanding of what she needed. Blonde hair with a leather face, was all I could remember. She immediately yelled at me, “you can’t park here and you need to leave.” In shock, I simply said. “I am.” And she proceeded to tell me, “leave now, leave.” And I just backed up slowly as I intended and left to find parking. Thank goodness I wasn’t interested in patronizing this motel or whatever brothel she was running. I wouldn’t pee on that woman if she was on fire. Would not recommend based on the way that woman represented the business when my wife was in a time of need. And no matter what, do not, I repeat, do not use their lot to turn around. Ever. Or else. The leather will get ya.

This is a nice motel. The room is nice, and clean. The only problem I have is it doesn't have a microwave. It's a minor thing, considering it's on the main strip. Walking distance to the boardwalk and beach, about 3 to 4 blocks. It's in close proximity to quite a few very nice restaurants. Overall I liked it and enjoyed my

A great place to stay!!! Located across from coffee next to restaurants and bars. Great parking and your staying close enough to everything but the perfect distance to not have the constant madness feet from your door. Well maintained rooms! The owner and her staff do an excellent job, we will keep coming back here for our need at the Delaware beaches and Nightlife!!!

Why in the word would you let squatters live at your motel. Yes, Not all squatters were created equal, but yours take the ball in being unpleasant.
