Now for the third time, I have attempted to pick up my prescription here after receiving 3 phone calls telling me it was ready for pickup. Once again, I couldn't receive it because I was paying cash & using GoodRX. This is beyond ridiculous. I never had problems with Rite-Aid who, unfortunately, is out of business. As a result, I have gone without my medication for over 3 weeks now. If you are seeking a new pharmacy, I recommend you steer clear of Rehoboth Beach CVS. Incompetent does not even come close to describing my interaction with this pharmacy. If it was a different issue each time, I might be willing to overlook the problem once but it is the same issue every time. Don't believe them when they call & say your script is ready for pickup only to have the same info requested & be sent away yet again. My circumstances don't change. I don't have prescription insurance. I pay cash for all my meds. Different day; same answer! Either CVS as an entity is incompetent or the people they hire are incompetent or both! Either way, if you don't fit their idea of a customer then go elsewhere.

This is the best CVS pharmacy I have ever seen. The staff is consistently efficient, professional and friendly. They helped me refill a prescription from another state in a critical medical situation. I was amazed how efficiently and pleasantly they handled a massive lunchtime influx of pharmacy customers (19- I counted) within minutes.

The pharmacist was so kind to help us solve a problem by recommending a certain over the counter medicine!
And the young man that checked us out was EXTREMELY PATIENT WITH US ELDERLY PEOPLE!!!!!!!

Awful pharmacy, we have had so many issues with getting refills on time. If the doctor schedules a refill ahead, they don’t appear to have an inventory process to look ahead and predict what they have, so many times out of stock.
Previously I had a script with 3 outstanding refills and they simply wiped out the refills and I had to go back and have the doctor to reorder them for me.
Final straw today, we had a vacation override for a 3 months supply of a medication, knowing the issues they have, I proactively went in to alert them 5 days in advance of the order. I was told, “oh, we can’t get you that much, you will have to go elsewhere”. Not, “ Let me see what I can do” or “Let me check another CVS for what they have”, nope, just “goodbye”. Transferring all my scripts to a CVS in PA, they have been awesome So it’s not CVS, it’s the location and the staff.

Did not fill prescription upon receipt. Did not enter Rx coverage correctly. Shut the door in my face. Had to call insurance to get it straight. Then they refused to apologize

The pharmacy manager was quite blunt and rude to me when checking on my medication. The other workers were very sweet however. Despite being busy they should still have a good attitude and address a person by looking at them. Was disappointed in the way I was treated.

Pharmacy staff is absolutely terrible & incompetent. Especially the female pharmacist. She should probably go back to school. And minor in customer service.

Absolutely, the worst service in sussex county at their drive up window.
I'm moving my prescriptions.
And the staff isn't friendly.
And now the text message, they send you that you have to tap on and show the code. Now that is not accepted. You can't hang your phone right to them.And you can't display it for them.So you have to go in and read them a bunch of numbers.

I had to set my $50 worth of items down and leave the store today. You have one older lady in there working a very long line - she’s super nice and doing her best, but the time per transaction there is horrendous. I used the self checkout but it did not recognize the buy one get one 50% off promotion, so I was forced to wait, and there was a line of 5-6 people in the main line and no other staff available to help.
You can’t cheap out on labor and expect things to go well in the store. Everyone in there was frustrated, including the employee. Your employees deserve better than this and so do your customers.
