These people saved our entire vacation. I was faced with a very sticky situation with my computer in the middle of a long holiday and nearly everyone turned me down. Not only did these wonderful folks accept the challenge, they did it in a mindboggling short amount of time after I very naively and inappropriately suggested it could be done in several hours. Theirs is a perfectly oiled machine that has been in operation for 35 years and I wish them another 35. Frankly, if DC had a repair shop like this one, I'd be frequenting them when I break stuff (and, invariably, that happens a ton). If you find yourself up that creek with your technology on vacation, I cannot recommend this place enough.

My MacBook screen was creating its own vertical designs whenever I turned on my computer. I took it to Delaware PC Services and now my 10 year old computer is working like new. They also backed up my data on a thumb drive. I could not be happier. Great service, wonderful people and very cute dogs.

Went here and was told as soon as I entered spyware and malware after explaining my issue wanted to charge $250 and hold for 2 days just to test pc and pay extra after the test to fix. Took pc to Best Buy they fixed in 10 mins for less

Following great reviews of the store and service, I called to ask a few questions about what they provided in regards to Macbook repairs and the woman on the phone was extremely rude and short with me. Having lived here my entire life (29 years), I know that it can take potentially 20-25 minutes to get there from where I lived, so I asked if there was much of a line at this time or if they were usually busy. The woman on the phone had nothing but attitude and was extremely unhelpful. Not sure if she is having a bad day but be careful asking questions about their services. They may get annoyed and snappy with you.

Needed some laptop repairs and found this store online - customer service was excellent and the price I felt was very reasonable. The store kept very good communication during the fix and called me the moment it was ready. Can't even tell there was damage done to the Laptop - very happy with this store and will return in the future for any computer needs!
