“It’s moved and it has a lot of equipment. Paul the owner has a nice place. Bill trains me there and is very good.Has the equipment I need for a great workout. No fancy bathrooms or showers however not necessary. All members are very nice and I never feel out of place or intimidated by muscle heads. Everyone says hello to each other and all ages work out here. Worth the extra money to use a locally owned gym for sure”
