Super clean hotel! Very impressed with how clean the lobby, rooms, and pool area were. Short driving distance to main board walk and restaurants. Some restaurants also in walking distance and right near the Tanger outlets.

We booked 5 rooms with help of Mr. Fred Thompson(Manager) and he was very helpful we initially booked it from 07/25-07/27 due to the weather issues he was able to accommodate and changed our dates with reasonable rates that we initially booked. The service and staff was wonderful. Mr. Fred was very kind and very courteous and let us do 1 hour late check-out. I have never stayed in a such a great hotel with great staff and great service.
Rooms: Rooms were very clean.

Good location, on the main avenue that crosses the city. Hotel with a new and well-kept appearance, good-sized room and bathroom, all comfortable; good bed and bath linen. Free on-site parking and breakfast with all the basic items available.
We arrived at the hotel 10 minutes before check in, which would be at 3:00 pm, the front desk asked us to wait as the room was being finalized...(!) seriously?!

100% recommend. Leslie at the front desk was super nice, courteous, and professional, and so is the rest of the hotel team. Absolutely pet friendly, two grass plots on the back to meet your dog needs. Breakfast - yes, room was super clean and spacious. Great deal. Thank you!!!

First few hours- I feel the front desk agent was not happy answering questions I had (She didn’t even have the courtesy to give me her name?) Check in was not a pleasant experience.
The next agent on shift-Chris-was too rude when I asked him for a hair dryer to be replaced, the dryer had a foul odor when I turned it on. Sorry to bother you, but I thought everything was sanitized at this Hampton Inn “Hilton” related hotel? He even turned it on at the front desk while other guests were waiting? ? I have worked in the hospitality industry and I would never treat a guest like I have unfortunately had to experience the few hours at this location. A nicely decorated Hampton Inn, but with not so decorated front desk agents.
Noteworthy details: Front Desk Agents need to be trained in hospitality.

Traveled down to rehoboth for a relaxing weekend away and all went well until we checked out and an hour after we checked out i get an email stating they were charging a completely un explained extra $250 smoke cleaning fee for the room. My wife and i do not smoke. I called the front desk and brian was on duty. I stated my concerns and he immediately dismisses me and states “youll have to call back tomorrow for a manager , and i have no other answers for you” then proceeds to hang up the phone
Completely unacceptable “customer service” suggest any of the other many other options on coastal highway than this establishment

The rooms were very nice. There are containers of shampoo, conditioner and body wash on the wall of the shower. If you have an elderly or unstable person with you, you might need a handicap room. There is only one place to hold on in the shower. The staff were professional and friendly.

We stay at a lot of Hampton Inns and this was by far the best. Brian at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and spacious! Even clean hotels tend to have a mildew smell in the rooms and this did not. Breakfast was fully stocked with Gluten free (!) Options (which is very hard to find at other hotels). Located very close to a lot of restaurants and shops. We will definitely return!

Nice spot to explore the area from. Not too far from the beach or the ferry. Staff were really nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
