store was empty besides the occasional 3 other customers, maybe there would be more shoppers if the store updated their merch, a lot of it is outdated and for younger audiences that no one wants to purchase. went in there looking for marvel merch and was not pleased, there was basically nothing. hottopic needs to bring back the clip board they had at the t-shirt section where people could write their suggestions for brands. customer service was good, employees were nice but products were not good and could barely find anything, i suggest whoever runs this location work on that if you want more success.

Great store. We walked in and were greeted immediately. I asked if they had any more of a specific item and the staff went to the back and found one for me. I mentioned someone in my party was looking for digital circus products and even though there were none left in store, the staff made several helpful suggestions. The girl that rang me up was polite and made suggestions for the reward program. I was very happy with my experience.

My 12 year old daughter wanted to come here while we were on vacation to shop for Melanie Martinez merch… She struck gold and got so much; and the staff were so friendly and helped her find things AND get deals on stuff! She is so happy and in turn, so am I!

Frequent shopper at this location. Became friends with the manager just by visiting so often. Brielle is definitely the reason we continue to visit this store as often as we do. By far our favorite Hot Topic location!
