I read the negative reviews and had to post: Hugo Boss is a long standing higher-end European brand. Yes, it’s an outlet location but it’s more of a pop-up store than a traditional outlet store where other famous names sell specially produced lower quality outlet items along with their overstocks and store returns. This is definitely not a store for the typical outlet buyer, but a goldmine for Boss aficionados.This is a European brand and sizes are mostly European sizes. If you decide that you don’t want to try on for size before buying, well, then that’s not the store or the brand’s fault. European men’s suit sizes are +10 to American sizes. So, size EU 48R means US 38R.I have found the staff to be engaging, friendly and knowledgeable. Perhaps it’s the way I speak with them. I live locally and stop by frequently. On my last trip I bought five suits and other items at a hefty discount somewhere around 80% off of full retail. Still not cheap by outlet price standards but what a bargain!If the store staff is reading this, please carry more suites size US 36S/R or 38S and men’s size S/P ?

I purchased a “polo” style shirt from the Hugo Boss Outlet in Rehoboth, but unfortunately did not try it on in the store. I am usually between a large and extra large. I purchased an extra large that looked like it would fit fine in the store but when I came home and slipped it on, the sleeves were tight and I felt that pulling sensation when I raised my arms and I prefer looser fitting clothes. I had the shirt on for about one minute and left on every tag, but when I took it back two days later they refused to refund my money. $70 down the drain and I admit I am upset about it.
