I went to the store with the intention to buy new sneakers. At first a nice lady was offering to help and then her male coworker interrupted “kindly” but as soon as I went against his opinion on the type of shoes that I the customer wanted, his demeanor changed and he started to become passive aggressive. I tried to brush it off and I asked if I could try on a different pair of shoes and he passive aggressively told me to “have a nice day” as he was taking the first and only pair of shoes he originally offered me to try on, away. I was in the store for a total of five minutes so it’s not like I was shopping around or wasting time. Again, I had the intention to buy shoes. I have never experienced that type of customer service in my life. By all means go in to try on the shoes, but buy them elsewhere.

If you are a bit indecisive, don't shop here. There is a male salesperson who is extremely rude and unpleasant. I was ready to buy 2 different pairs of sandals, but wanted to try them on one last time in a different color, and when i went looking for the friendly woman who had been helping me, he stood in my way, became confrontational and verbally abusive, and actually accused me of trying on too many shoes. Dude....It is a shoe store. Trying on shoes is literally the whole point. It was a really weird and off-putting interaction and I left without the sandals. The guy is ragey. I don't know how he stays in business if this is how he treats people.

This is one of our “must visit” places when we come down to Rehoboth Beach from New York. We met Stephen and the crew about 3 years ago and he introduced my fiancé to the,then unknown, OnCloud shoe. We’re both huge fans of “Ons” now and have multiple pairs. All purchased at the store! Stephen spends a lot of time with us and is so patient and always makes sure we leave happy. The store is always bustling with customers but also adequately staffed to accommodate everyone. Our last visit yielded a couple new OnClouds AND three different gorgeous pair of boots that Stephen made it impossible to leave without after offering a loyal customer discount that we couldn’t pass up!If you’re looking for a great, local, family business that offers a huge selection of quality shoes (and socks too!), this is a stop we highly recommend.

I visited this shop for the first time yesterday after noticing they were advertising the brand "on" in their window. I had been interested in a particular pair or style from the official website but hadn't made a purchase yet. My wife and I were greeted warmly by all the ladies working there. They have an extensive collection of shoes, and a gentleman named Steven assisted me. He patiently helped me try on different sizes until we found the right fit. The customer service was outstanding, and I would highly recommend this store. It's the kind of personalized service you just can't get from an online website.

I went into the store looking for a pair of on clouds. I had previously went into a footlocker and tried a 9.5, which didn’t fit, and came closer to home to have more options. I asked for a size 9 in a white shoe, which they didn’t have so I asked for a 8.5, which I honestly could have fit into. I was then berated by one of the workers, asking me what my “game” was because I went down a whole shoe size. (I looked this up and it is because these on clouds do not have regular laces and feel looser!) The worker even questioned my ability to tell if the shoe size was too big for my feet, mind you i’m an adult so he was mocking/making fun of me. My boyfriend and I responded that I was unsure of my size, and the worker stomped away to the back before returning 5 seconds later saying that they didn’t have any 8.5s in the white shoe. Well…. do you have those sizes in a different color? I wasn’t set on the white shoe, I just picked up one of the ones I would have chosen. The worker then yelled at me and accused me of using their shoe store as a try on store, alluding to the fact that I wasn’t going to buy anything, well duh I cant buy anything if you don’t let me try on the shoes to see what size I am! I looked around to the other women in the store before leave, and guess what, they were all trying on a variety of different shoes!!! Zappos has free returns if you’re unsure of your shoe size and don’t want to get yelled at for trying on shoes in a shoe store ?

Went into the shoe store to purchase sandals with my family and the man was incredibly rude. My mother had just recently had foot surgery and expressed her concerns on a sandal he was PUSHING hard for her to buy. After she told him how the shoe hurt her foot and she told him her foot problem, he told her “I don’t buy that” and walked away with an attitude. Great way to not do business.

Tried this shoe store for second time I had a great experience last year with the shoes that I bought, so I gave it a try this year again. Just like last year, staff were really friendly, polite and helpful. They have great selections which make it hard to pick a pair! I got 2 pairs of shoes this time. Love them both and can't wait to wear them. Their shoes are really comfortable and made from soft materials. I have been told they import it just from Spain, Italy and Portugal. It totally worth the money.

Thank you everyone who helped me choose my shoes today. It was busy because of the holiday weekend, but I received the attention I needed and I felt that everyone was very knowledgeable. My experience was delightful and exceeded my expectations. This was my second visit to the store and my second purchase. I'm sure it won't be my last!

The shoe selection is great. Steve was the problem. My mom has trouble finding shoes that are long enough and narrow enough to fit her foot. She wanted a pair of On Cloud and he “helped.” Apparently they’re tricky to tighten or loosen and he needed to help. He was only willing to tighten them if she was committed to buying them. My mom asked how to loosen them and he said “No disrespect, Ma’am, but that’s none of your concern. That’s not your problem, is it?” He wouldn’t show her! Because it’s inconceivable that someone might ever want to loosen their sneaker???I bit my tongue because this was not my transaction, but I couldn’t believe how rude he was. This wasn’t his first comment, he was very passive aggressive.
