I had a fantastic experience at the J.Crew Factory Outlet! The store offers a huge selection of both men’s and women’s clothing, with something for every occasion. On the men’s side, they have a great mix of casual and dressy outfits, including jackets, shirts, pants, socks, belts, and plenty of accessories. They often have sales, ranging from 30% off and up, with some deals being even better. The staff is always friendly and ready to help if you need anything. The store is clean, well-organized, and makes it super easy to find exactly what you're looking for. Definitely a great place to shop!

I have been to this outlet tons of times over the years. They have a massive selection of items and the employees are always asking if you need assistance. They also are always running great sales as well! I will continue to come back and shop here because of the friendly employees, cleanliness of the store, and the sales!

Found exactly what I wanted. This style seems to keep all trending styles clothes, with varieties; including different colors and similar styles. Had 50% off currently running on mostly everything. Also they have s clearance section which has good deals as well

My wife and oldest daughter were able to shop by themselves while I had the three younger kids. They said it was great at J.Crew! My wife found a dress for an upcoming wedding. She'd looked at 5 other places and hadn't found anything yet that either she liked or fit. She said the staff was nice and the store was clean. This spot at the outlets is great ... and J.Crew always has good stuff!

By far THE best J. Crew Factory I've been to on the East Coast. I live within 40 minutes of two others but I come here anyway (which is a 2 hour drive). I never leave empty handed and this only one of two that has clothes and shoes from the regular stores. I have an amazing pair of sandals that were $229 on J. Crew's website (which at the time were currently still on the site), were marked down at this store for $59 and they were 50%!! The customer service here is excellent and they are always willing to help. I'm a size 12/14 and I never have a hard time finding my sizes, even in the clearance section.
