Our real estate agent Jeffrey Fowler is not proactive. He does not listen to his homeowners and you can never get a hold of him! He always says he’s with another client when he’s out running around and does not focus on what he needs to do to be a successful realtor and or even a competent realtor!

I would not recommend using Jeffrey Fowler Group Real Estate and realtor Cindy Sakowski. They terminated my contract after requesting an accurate photo of my property that I was selling. The listing showed the wrong room. Don’t do business with them.

Jeffrey listed and sold our beach condo in less than 2 weeks - at a sales price well above comp listings and for more than the list price! His experience and knowledge of the Delaware market and attention to detail was instrumental in creating a smooth listing and closing process without any unexpected surprises. We originally met Jeffrey when we were purchasing vacation properties in 2020 and appreciate the time and effort he put into educating us in both buying and selling in the Dewey/Rehobeth area.

We used Jeff Fowler as our real estate agent when we purchased our home in Bethany. We could not have had a more positive experience or been more pleased with the way Jeff handled our buying experience. He worked so hard for us and really researched houses based on our needs. He was insightful and knowledgeable about the real estate market in the area where we were looking. Horrible real estate service. I'm in the middle of a contract and I have been treated terribly by a realtor in this office. I should have given this sale to someone else. I'm not from the area. I knew the house I wanted. I called this office because they had this house advertised. The owner of this company answered the call and assigned me to an agent that was not friendly to me from the start. I basically handed her the sale. Looked at the house and decided to buy it that day. Even though I wasn't thrilled with her I felt a moral obligation to give her the sale because she showed me the house. That was such a bad mistake. It was like pulling teeth to get her to provide normal services. Other people that I engaged with during this process have told me that my realtor should be helping me more. What should be a dream come true experience has unfortunately been like a bad dream.
