The women who work at this store do not welcome or help customers who are younger than 40 years old. Never asked if I needed help once or if I wanted to try on anything. The employee, Michele, was very snippy with my mom about sizing. Not approachable after that interaction.

We stopped in on our way back from Ocean City and every person who works at this store was so kind and so helpful. I do want to recognize Edna for the outstanding customer service she provided. She’s a gem, and she is a true asset to this store. I wish I lived closer so I could shop at this store more often!

This store has amazing deals, particularly on men's underwear. Plus the service by Ms. Edna was above and beyond excellent. She was helpful without being pushy, polite without being obsequious, and just plain great. Unlike so many stores I went to in these Tanger Outlets she actually cared about her job and her customers.
