Shay that works at the stitching department for lids in rehobth is the best worker ive seen! she fixes hats for free is complient and is really nice in general! i would really suggest her to anyone thst wants there hat stiched!

For there to only be ONE employee working this past month, they are making it work extremely well. I had the pleasures of speaking with the store manager on my last visit to this lids location and she informed me she has been and still is the only employee that works at this location with little to no help. WhileBeing the only person in the store she was still professional and very kind to speak with and helping all customers that were in there no matter how busy she was. I just want to say thank you.

Every time I’ve attempted to go to this Lids location, it has been a constant disappointment. They’re either not open or they barely have any type of selection to choose from. In a span of 45 minutes today, my husband and I attempted to go in 3 different times and the doors were locked. Other customers also attempted and had no luck. There’s a sign that says “hiring” and yet they can’t even keep open with who they do have. For being the only Lids in the area, I would drive the extra hour or more to go to any other Lids location.

Went to buy my husband a new hat. I never had a problem with any of the lid stores I went to until today. I recently renewed his membership to get points and receive discounts on the hats. Well apparently I paid for nothing because the new system doesn't work with reading the cards and she said she couldn't punch in the numbers under the barcode. So why ask to renew something we can no longer use at your store. Very disappointed. I guess I'll just start buying them off line
