Recently sold a house with Mann & Sons, Bob went above and beyond the call of duty. It turned out to be a more difficult process then anyone anticipated. My husband and I live in Washington D.C. Bob was our boots on the ground when we couldn’t be there. We spoke with him almost daily. He helped us find and work with our contractors for repairs. Checked to make sure the vacant house was well taken care of and negotiated a sale that took months to complete due to extenuating factors.Everyone walked away happy. If anything I just wish we could have given him a higher percentage! I contacted 4 realtors before finding Mann & Sons, there were not only the most competent but the most responsive. I called them and they were on the property with in the hour. They had our listing up right away and Bob worked with our community managers to get the sale pushed through. Do yourself a favor and call Mann & Sons if you need a realtor.

We have rented with them before and was fine but this time the pool was not ready when it was suppose to be. Tried calling 3x. They were to call back but did not. There are 2 places next to the wilmington that had pools. Oceanus and Atlantic that we could have stayed at. Just make sure that the amenities are operational. You should get what you pay for.

After the Mann and Son agent I was working with retired, Bobby McVey stepped in and efficiently and courteously completed my rental transaction. He was a delight to work with...I'm sure he'd make your vacation experience a good one!

Rented a house for week of August 1-8 but could not make trip with DE travel advisory with COVID. Informed them immediately and was told they would re-list. House was re-rented quickly but will not return all monies paid and Joseph stated it is their policy to keep 15%. Unwilling to work with us and did not even offer a credit towards another rental for a future date. During this time.... businesses are working together to make the best of the situation but Mann & Sons chose to benefit and keep $743.49. I understand company policies but given the situation their decision to strictly adhere to keeping 15% shows unprofessionalism and lack of understanding. Not a business I would recommend.

my family and I rented a house from Judy Griffin for the Iuly 4th week.for about $9000. She is Rude, Angry and super unprofessional. Any time I needed her she sounds dismissive and intimidating. She has shouted ,and I mean shouted at me and my 19 year old son , at least five times . She has apologized three times but seems like she can not control herself. Unprofessional is a understatement. she has accused me of having parties at the house if I write this review . It is August 11-2020 over 4 weeks after our rental . My deposit was suppose to be mailed out after EVERYTHING checked out . There is a Jacuzzi in the rental unit . I am getting charged $120 or $150 for misuse of it. They said it had sand in it ( LOL IT"S THE BEACH) which is fine but not getting a respond from Judy for over four weeks is troubling . finally I got a PARTIAL refund after four weeks. I texted her to see why and of course no respond. I called her and per usual she is rude and in hurry to hang up. she said the accountant is away and I need to wait another couple of weeks for the remaining deposit. That she is busy and cant talk. after expressing my dismay she asked me to never rent from her again .Her company says they can not do anything about this because she is a direct agent for this 30 Bradford place house that I paid about $9000 for one week to be terrorized by her . Just talk to her on the phone before renting and I am sure you will see what I mean. AVOIDI sure hope I get the rest of my deposit as she promised. I doubt it though.

Joseph is always so kind and helpful. Very easy to talk with and ready to answer any and all questions. Never tries to rush a phone call and is always willing to go the extra mile for his clients. We have used his office more than once. Highly recommended.

Since Covid hit, I have been corresponding with Bobby at Mann & Sons about potential impacts to my June beach rental based on restrictions. Throughout the entire time, Bobby was professional and responsive to my questions and concerns. Thank you for the outstanding customer service during these unprecedented times!
